When dark days block our view of God, it is comforting to think that God knows all about our situation. He sees our struggle. He bottles our tears, and best of all He knows what's next. His view is not blocked by our circumstances, His view of the future is crystal clear. What a comfort it is to tell ourselves, "He knows where I am going"

Job was convinced that when God tested him, he would be vindicated first glance that feels a bit arrogant to us. Who would so boldly dare God to test them and confidently state that they will be declared innocent?

But those who belong to Jesus can claim this promise as their own. When we enter the refiner's fire. God burns away the dross and nothing but the pure mettle of faith remains. He makes us shine with His glorious light. We are declared innocent not because of what we have done, but because of what Jesus has done for us. This day, with all of its ups and downs, its hopeful expectations and jaring realities, remind yourself that God knows where you're going and is purifying you so that you can stand mature and complete in Him.

Growing up, my parents(dad especially) always used to fear who will marry me and keep me in the house. My wahala too much😩😩
So imagine my mum's joy, and fear😂, when my husband came to express his intentions. Too much fear that she had to ask him... "you sure you really like her?"😂
Wedding day, so many inside the room advise "don't eat without your husband o, if you're not in the mood apologize and promise him another time o, Fidelia nor allow people shame me o"😂😂
When I see my parents again in God's kingdom, I'll tell them a man thinks I'm the best decision he's made after 5yrs of marriage. And he's never thought of pursuing me, not once😑😑... Plus I didn't follow any of her advice 🥱🥱

When you stay at home, you go dey see so many aproko see everyday 🤣🤣 there's this lady in my compound that her husband traveled out when their child was 2 years old, now he's 9 years old. Mind you, the lady packed into my compound 3 years ago before una go dey laugh me say I don leave for a compound for years 🤣🤣🤣I know sdk anons very well. Any small thing now, una go use am abuse me here😆😆😆.

Back to my gist jare😁 the husband came to the country in April without bringing nada for the wife and son. He told them he didn't know how to buy things. Even throughout his stay in Nigeria, he didn't take them shopping at all, Imagine nonsense o😡

He doesn't take care of his wife and son; he only pays house rent and the son's school fees. Anytime this lady asks him for upkeep money, he says no money for now

This lady started having an affair with a married man who does everything for her and her son. He takes good care of them so well 😊😊

She didn't know the husband cloned her phone. He received every damn message, call, and voice note from the married man sent to her

The man came in yesterday again after he left in April maybe when he couldn't take it anymore after seeing all the messages
He did a surprise Paso for the wife🤣🤣 he first scattered the wife obo and even tried to do it from the back but the lady refused due to the pain 😡😡 this woman didn't know the man was fuxking her like that deliberately
He waited for their son to come back from school, and he told the wife to pack some clothes for him that he's taking him for a two-holiday to his mother's house

After some hours, the lady decided to call him to ask if they had already been there, but this man didn't pick up her many calls. So, she then called the mother-in-law but the mama said she did not see anybody o
The lady continued to call him until he picked up and said she shouldn't call him again in her life, that the marriage was over

He started abusing the lady and told her he knew everything she had been doing for a long🥺 he said all her messages, calls, and voice notes that he received everything

He said he deliberately fuxked her the way he did and he wanted to tear her anus he couldn't because she refused 😱😱 he was saying this and everyone was listening
Assuming the lady knew the guy would say such a thing, she wouldn't have called him in everyone's presence. She has been crying since yesterday. I pity her though but wetin person to do.

Who has tried cooking catfish with ogbono soup before? I had never tried it before, never eaten it in ogbono before, until two days ago.

So after reading on one SP post recently where BVs said ogbono is now expensive, I decided to cook it one last time till further notice.
I went to the market and bought one milk cup for 2200. I said let me buy meat of 5k, my people, meat was so small I had to abandon it.
Then I saw catfish, one spirit said I should try it with the ogbono soup and see how it goes(God will bless that spirit).
That was how I bought three fairly big sizes for 5k after bargaining till my mouth almost cut.
I cooked the well seasonedcatfish with other soup ingredients till well cooked, then removed them gently from the pot and kept in a bowl before mixing ogbono with the pot content. After the ogbono was well cooked, I added my vegetables, returned the catfish into the soup gently and cook for few minutes.

It was very sweet. I totally enjoyed it, got value for my money.
Abeg, let me eat something nice once in a while for all my stress. Man die go 😁
