Speaking on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Thursday October 3, 2024 Falana insisted he never had any business with Mr Okuney and that Mr Okuneye spoke to his son, Folarin Falana, aka Falz.
One Martins Otse, known as VeryDarkMan, posted an audio in which he alleged that Falana sought a presidential pardon for Mr Okuneye in exchange for N10 million.
However, VeryDarkMan, who appeared before the House of Representatives Joint Committee on Financial Crimes and Reformatory Institutions on Monday, apologised to Falana over his comments concerning the audio...
Falana said he has assisted at least 280 convicted people in getting a pardon, and neither he nor his law firm demanded or received a dime.
He also revealed details of the conversation Falz had with the crossdresser..
Falana said, “Bobrisky never spoke to me, I have never met him, I do not know him from Adam. He was alleged to have spoken to my son Folarin (Falz).
“Yes, my son said this guy was appealing to people for assistance and called my son I think on May 4 this year – please can you give me N3 million to be placed in a special part of the prison, we call it the VIP section.
“My son asked him, are you calling me under the authorization of the superintendent of prisons? He said no – please don’t call me again, I am unable to assist you to bribe the prison authorities and be very careful since you are already in prison for an offence.
“Please if you are going to call me next time, you either go through the superintendent or you write a letter endorsed by the prison authorities and that was the last.
“Somebody now started releasing tapes somewhere and went out to lampoon and rather defame me by saying the guy has spoken to me.”

This is why VDM should be sued because even with all their sensible rebuttals, people are still commenting nonsense, especially on Falz page.

ReplyDeleteTruly social media is the wasteland, where common sense has tragically become the rarest flower in the thought garden. VDM is a couthless and tactless individual though pretends to be a social activist. He could have stopped the analysis at just playing the voice notes while emphasising on the corruption going underneath in the country. Not making insinuations about how this man is trying to disrupt justice and making comment that question Falz sexuality. A smart person who have made the whole thing about Bob alone and wait for investigation to point at other suspects. I believe he should be sued because he needed to prove the insinuated allegations which are not mentioned in the audio. How can you be a social activists when basic law skills elude you? He really need to learn.
