have you ever heard any one who have been divorced or going through a divorce where by you are been appointed a guardian of alitem (GAL) from the new York supreme Court with no mental diagnose, the divorce court got me evaluted and the result came out no diagnose but yet they still went ahead to appoint me a guardian of alitem ((GAL), especially when the divorce case is been settled,that's why I have a divorce lawyer and mind the children are not even included in the divorce hearing.
my Question is why are they giving me someone to think and make decisions for me??? when I'm not a kid or mentally challenged. I'm a 40 years old woman who have been making decisions all my life,now that my abusive husband wants a divorce all of a sudden I'm mentally sick and that's not all they are trying to push for another guardian of alitem for me in the family court custody proceeding with no diagnose either ,just baseless lies and accusations from my husband .
We have been married for 18 years from 2006 September 23rd in London st Mary magadaline church bermonsery close to London bridge we did the white wedding in London before big brother Africa,what you saw in the news was the traditional wedding in 2014 I have my marriage certificate to prove it,I wasn't crazy all those years but now that he wants a divorce so he can take my children away from me.
All I want is to be part of my children's life,I'm their mother once or twice a week for two hours supervised visitation for the past 1year, it was once a week for whole year for two hours they just added an exra day last week to make it twice a week for just two hours that's not enough,
I keep asking what's my crime who did I kill or hurt? With no child protective services case,I have been a good mother and I love my children to the moon and back and I will gladly protect them from harm and evil.thank you all for reading this God bless you All ..''

AOG, I saw a follow up post from her that it should be disregarded and she wasn’t the one that put that out. She backed it up by showing the room she stays in at some shelter.

DeleteYou obviously don't watch crime movies cos the first thing that came to my mind when I saw those posts was that someone took her phone and was trying to damage control. The only way I was going to believe that was if she did a live video or posted a photo holding that day's paper

I wonder why you all cant see that she is mentally sick...The husband was right to remove the kids from her custody..I dont know what has happened to her but if you go to her page, the differences in her posts is an eye opener.......she is definitely sick and needs help......The man may have tried his best with a lot of resistance from her....you cannot be crying out suddenly after 18 yrs....

Anon 09:58, I have gone through her posts and I don’t see any sign of mental illness or incoherence there. It is rather you, a wicked and twisted soul without empathy that I am concerned about. I pray that when you cry out for help, you also get the same accusations and judgement you are passing on her. #devil
DeleteOnly God and time knows what any union will transpire into. No marriage of 18 years that has produced new life should end in such a way. Even if the parties are dissolving their union they should work out their terms together on their own without the need for the law. I am happy that she has some fight left in her. I can only imagine how draining the process is. May God replenish your strength

ReplyDeleteFrom this write up, a GAL isn’t a bad thing. It’s someone that reports what is going on to the court. I don’t see how they restrict you in any way. How will she ask for custody when she is homeless???.
ReplyDeleteShe needs to get a job, rent an apartment and the GAL will feedback to the court and take it from there
