I don't know if there were clubs in Galilee but the man may be in there to see the lay of the land and what he is up against spiritually these days. In my work I have to go seek some knowledge that I am not always happy to go search out, but need to so that I can be of better service to those I serve. He may be ungodly and he may also be where he needs to be in that moment, only God knows the truth.
