ReplyDeleteI did mine 2 to 3 years after wedding as a result of NIMC wahala, I just decided to change everything to align with my marriage certs.

DeleteToday's men generally don't care about change of wives surnames. Women generally care more about change of name if the is more to assert co-ownership over. If there is more to or them to assert sole ownership of, the name change needs a lot of talking from men who feel it is necessary.
