  4. Stop taking any of their medications and remove garri completely from your diet! Even that suya pepper 🌢 contains sodium glutamate and you don't even know, the source of the beef , whether it is vaccinated beef; with loads MRNA.
I bake my own bread and don't eat out anymore and with prayers! All evil 😈 symptoms have been checked back to hell.

  5. Sorry dear Jemima, I used to have a really painful menstruation but it stopped after child birth.
_You need to reduce the intake of sugary things.
    _Free yourself from worries.
Reduce your intake of red meat, more of white meat.
Whenever you are on your period do not take anything Sweet anything at all like soft drinks, juice , candies, dates, honey, wine, alcohol, etc.
Avoid nuts like ground nuts, peanut, cashew nuts
Drink a lot of water but do not take cold water.
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
I hope this helps anyone in this situation.

    1. See eh... I honestly look forward to when I won't feel this anymore.
Sugar:I don't take it and all the sugary stuffs.

Meat:because of soft teeth, i don't take meat much

During my period I barely eat anything even. Just fluid. Especially my first day. (tea bags)..

I don't take nuts especially groundnut because of pimples . I don't take cold water, any time at all, I get cold easily.

Fruits: I can still do better with my fruits, but I try. Unless it will be like I'm feeding on only fruits.

Yet... After period own comes ovulation own.

      It is well sha.

Let me spare you the story of years of gruesome pain, monthly hospitalisation. Inability to eat or drink because could not keep anything down (projectile vomiting) and, consequent dehydration and hallucinations. Inability to walk for a whole week every month due to dizziness and blurred vision despite all medical interventions.

    God please, help women.
