  4. Stop taking any of their medications and remove garri completely from your diet! Even that suya pepper 🌢 contains sodium glutamate and you don't even know, the source of the beef , whether it is vaccinated beef; with loads MRNA.
I bake my own bread and don't eat out anymore and with prayers! All evil 😈 symptoms have been checked back to hell.

  5. Sorry dear Jemima, I used to have a really painful menstruation but it stopped after child birth.
_You need to reduce the intake of sugary things.
    _Free yourself from worries.
Reduce your intake of red meat, more of white meat.
Whenever you are on your period do not take anything Sweet anything at all like soft drinks, juice , candies, dates, honey, wine, alcohol, etc.
Avoid nuts like ground nuts, peanut, cashew nuts
Drink a lot of water but do not take cold water.
Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
I hope this helps anyone in this situation.

    1. See eh... I honestly look forward to when I won't feel this anymore.
Sugar:I don't take it and all the sugary stuffs.

Meat:because of soft teeth, i don't take meat much

During my period I barely eat anything even. Just fluid. Especially my first day. (tea bags)..

I don't take nuts especially groundnut because of pimples . I don't take cold water, any time at all, I get cold easily.

Fruits: I can still do better with my fruits, but I try. Unless it will be like I'm feeding on only fruits.

Yet... After period own comes ovulation own.

      It is well sha.

    2. I am a doctor this symptoms PMS can be managed with medication. Usually contraceptives help with this. You must not continue suffering with the pain. You should be screened for endometriosis as well.

Eat healthy - tomatoes, pineapple, berries, grean leafy vegetables, anti-inflammatory foods/veggies such as turmeric, ginger, garlic etc

AVOID SUGAR especially refined/processed ones, fizzy drinks, chocolates, ice creams cakes and fast foods which are usually high in preservatives.

PRAY with all your heart! JESUS CHRIST HEALS. πŸ™πŸΎπŸ’žπŸ€—

Let me spare you the story of years of gruesome pain, monthly hospitalisation. Inability to eat or drink because could not keep anything down (projectile vomiting) and, consequent dehydration and hallucinations. Inability to walk for a whole week every month due to dizziness and blurred vision despite all medical interventions.

    God please, help women.

    1. It's a real B**ch.
Those going through the various forms of menstrual pain should check their vitamin D levels in a recognized medical lab. Colored people don't make Vitamin D easily and most of us don't get enough sun exposure due to the modern way of living. If your vitamins D levels are low, you are likely to have menstrual issues. Up your vitamin D levels by taking high doses like 5000UI and above daily with vitamin K2. Also take vitamin B complex daily, like B50.

  14. This thing showed me shege banza. Everyone knows when I am on my period with my crying, rolling on the floor, vomiting, not eating, i don't go to class for 2 days..
Then my friends will say it's because you are still a virgin..I marry thinking it will stop, for where...
The first time my husband witnessed it he was shocked. He was like, you have been going through this??? He did not believe there is no cure, dragged me to hospital. All the drug they gave me na temporary relief.
When I got pregnant I was happy thinking after child birth my troubles are over, for where...
I was nursing baby, nursing MP.

It was after my second child God took this pain away. I now have seamless period.
