DeleteIt became people's business when she posted it online.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Catholic and a legionary but I've never heard of people dedicating their children to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
My dear has a Catholic you should know that what she did wasn’t dedication but presenting her baby to our Blessed Mother Mary like she promised she would when she returns to the country after child birth. Mother Mary stands as an intercessor for us all. She didn’t dedicate her child. Maybe Stella used the wrong word instead of presenting. The child has been baptized in the US and her child’s dedication is this Sunday.
DeleteTHANK YOU! People steady seeking validation from strangers
DeleteIt is her choice.
DeleteWhat is their business . When we are busy idolising our pastors and pastors wives , why do they have problems with mother of Christ being honoured?
ReplyDeleteIsn't this giving Mary honour above God? she had to dedicate the child and reverence Mary first before taking her into the church for dedication?
ReplyDeleteShe didn’t honour Mary above God rather she came to fulfill a promise she made before taken her baby home from the airport. It simply means we should try and fulfill whatever promise we make to God in whatever channel we made it.
DeleteSee analysis on top another persons life.
DeleteHonouring our Blessed Mother is a must!...The only QUEEN conceived without original sin.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Ekene & family. That should not be called dedication, it's a vow fulfillment. A muslim woman did this years back after prayers answered.
ReplyDeleteMother Mary, mother of mercy.
Even if it is dedication is that any body business? Is dedication even a must. People be focusing on what doesn’t concern them.
