“My name is Chacha Eke Fanni and today is 10th October 2024 it’s the world mental health day.
I am bipolar every now and then a chemical reaction causes a spark in my brain leading to dysfunction and behavior that I don’t like.
I am bipolar sometimes my mind runs too fast for my body to keep up.
I can be restless sleepless, a whirlwind of thoughts.
I am bipolar I experience life intensely every emotion heightened but, in the chaos, I am finding my peace.
I am bipolar when depression hits like moving through quick sands but I getup even when it feels impossible. I am bipolar creativity floods me in burst then vanishes into silence. I ride the wave knowing both sides have value.
I am bipolar I am controlling, a perfectionist caught in an endless loop it’s the OCD I aim to please.
I am bipolar my mood shifts without warning my energy rises and falls like the tides it’s the energy highs and lows still I rise.
I am bipolar my mood shifts without warning my energy rises and falls like the tides it’s the energy highs and lows still I rise.
I am bipolar task others take on strides leaves me completely drained. Exhaustion and fatigue follows every effort.
I am bipolar but I don’t bite I am just like you. every day I am fighting , world mental health day be kind'
Nigerians are not yet ready for mental health awareness. I remember reading some comments on this blog that her husband was evil and had a hand in what was happening to her. Chai.
ReplyDeleteChachas husband is one of one.
Here on this blog we have seen people advise posters to leave their fiance etc cos of mental illness.
Chachas husband is one of one. Not one out of a thousand men oo. But one out of a thousand humans
In a world where people choose to be wicked and selfish everyday, Austin Faani chose to be kind and selfless .
ReplyDeleteI wish their family success and prosperity beyond their wildest dreams
Total healing I wish you, beautiful Chacha
ReplyDeleteGod's speed beautiful ππΏ
ReplyDeleteStop confessing negativity and call yourself a survivor. I had to replace Iam with Cha Cha for better understanding
ReplyDeleteFan Emmanuel
Religion and superstition will not allow you people to open your eyes. Thats why someone will have mental health issues and you will take them to cele where they’ll flog the innocent soul with broom instead of taking the person to the hospital. I believe in God but we gotta stop allowing ourselves to be blinded by religion.
DeleteTotal recovery π upon you
ReplyDeleteIt’s well with you ChaCha
ReplyDeleteThat's how they almost finished her innocent husband here..
ReplyDeleteShame on you people that did that..
Best in destroying a man
So because I left for few minutes, you crowned yourself King.

ReplyDeleteI know someone that has the same symptoms as bipolar disorder but her family members believe it's spiritual attack and keep spending money from one prayer house to another
ReplyDeleteI don't know about spiritual house and spending money but Jesus Christ still heals as He healed both the mentally sick and physically sick, AND HE DIDN'T TAKE MONEY FROM ANYONE.
DeleteGods healing hands on you cha
ReplyDeleteWishing you permanent healing ChaCha

ReplyDeleteWith due respect what she has is not bipolar.... I never knew being online and ranting randomly online is classified as bipolar. Nooo, I know people who suffer this a very close associate more like family.. it’s more a quick switch if emotions from happy to sad to angry without doubt control it seems and they are mostly unwilling
ReplyDeleteSo if your close associate posts regularly on social media, how do you think their posts will look like?. Chochochocho
DeleteMy friends mum was definitely bipolar. The way that mad woman switched on me one day without warning. Calling me idiot! Very angrily. Like we were all quiet in the car driving. I wanted to ask my friend if her mother is alright. But I didn’t want to embarass her. She self was surprised. LOL. Many Nigerians are mentally ill o. Dem just wear cloth they pretend like say dem be better person.
