ReplyDeleteWith traditional marriage, you don't need the White wedding. Why two marriages over a woman? Do whites conduct two marriage ceremonies? If not inferiority complex on Africans especially Nigerians, I don't know why anyone would stress themselves over white wedding.
ReplyDeleteThe traditional rulers and councils in Nigeria should as a matter of fact, start issuing marriage certificate after traditional marriage has been held.

DeleteBut we have seen whites who married Africans, come down to do traditional marriages. Even after doing white. Anyway Bible didn’t tell us what kind of marriage to do. It just says marriage is honorable, therefore shall a man leave father and mother, he who finds a wife. As long as God is involved, that’s what matters.

ReplyDeleteCorrect, because no 'churches' existed until long after the crucifixion. Folks can choose to marry anyhow they choose, but if they want the legal protection that marriage brings they better ensure that there is a civil record of their marriage.

Mary did not give birth to Jesus, God did not tell Noah to build an Ark etc. Go and retire if you lack what to preach oga abel damina and his useless followers.

DeleteDid he really write that ?, His 2nd daughter wedded in April and it was a white/ church wedding 💒. He even join to officiate the wedding.
