INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD.
I have been exhausted for a while, I mean deep exhaustion that has not gone away despite napping and getting help from time to time. I don’t have the right words to use to explain the deep kind of exhaustion I feel.

Motherhood itself is exhausting, I wake up tired, and I sleep tired too. It’s like there is no break in view. Moms with older kids that I talked to say it’s a phase and that it will soon pass as the kids get older, but this phase feels so long.
I won’t trade my kids for anything, but it’s still tiring, having to watch this little humans, help them all day, and all the shenanigans that come with raising them.

I strongly feel that the reason for my exhaustion is because my body hasn’t gotten a break from birthing and breastfeeding in the last six years plus, for my first I breastfed him for over two years, he ate very little food , so he was mainly on breastmilk for that period (doctor’s order). I breastfed him while pregnant with his brother, fed him in the morning, and gave birth to his brother within hours.

I became pregnant with the third within four months of weaning the second born after four years and six months of breastfeeding heavily nonstop because the second was a picky eater, too.
Now my princess is slightly over a year old, and just like her brothers (though slightly better), she isn’t eating enough solid and relies majorly on breastmilk and appropriate supplements.
I wake up with my muscles feeling strained and just tired of this toddler/ baby stage. The last time I felt like this I was placed on Vitamin D supplements and it really did help with the fatigue, but right now all I am looking forward to, is when my princess will be two and I can wean her and be free.
( The three months break I had when I weaned my second before getting pregnant with the third was the lightest, free, and most energised moment that I have had in years).

Please I have a question, my sister got a job as a waitress in a hotel, but the management of the hotel says she had to conduct a blood test before she resume work, she is suppose to resume work today , but I am suggesting she should not go , because the whole thing sound strange to me because what does working as a waitress in a hotel got to do with blood test/medical reports? I am suggesting she shouldn't go because a lot of horrible things are happening this days. What do you guys think?''
