DeleteI don’t know if some of these Supermarts do this thing on purpose, they won’t change their price tags on some items on the shelves, meanwhile it has changed on their system, by the time you have finished buying, you will see ur bill and start wondering if ur mental calculation was wrong!. That’s how I was on a budget to buy stuff, by the time they finished calculating, I was like huh? Anyways, as I was leaving, I said let me even check receipt, Omo!!!! The prices I saw on the tag and what I was billed was so high, omo I complained o, say what nonsense, I got my refund tho’…. Please always check ur receipts o! These guys can be funny!.

Hello Joy, jogging will definitely make you fit. However if you also have a goal of loosing weight, it's not really exercises but food. Contrary to what people say about consuming lots of fruits, please don't do it. They contain lots of sugars and will make you unable to loose weight. There are some fruits that don't have that much sugar though. For weight loss, consider adding portions of vegetables to every meal if you can. For example, if you have egg, you can add vegetables to it so its a lot or fry the eggs and have some vegetables and chicken to go with it. I make different vegetable with chopped fish/turkey in them and its really filling. Cheers and praying for the best for you. 💕

ReplyDeleteNo church for me today but I went and dropped my daughter there, I will go and pick her later. I don't want her to miss her church classes.
I just had hot akara with hot pap, thanks to NEPA. I used that yam pounder to peel the beans after soaking it for like 15mins. The yam pounder peeled my beans in less than one minute o. Chai, oyibo people know how to reduce stress in their lives. Before, I will use mortar to pound it as I don't like using my bare hands.
Bv Praise thanks for your review few weeks ago on that yam pounder(food processor). I bought 5liters for 21k, never knew it was this affordable (Kenwood).
Then I blended the beans with my heavy duty blender. I put small water so it was a thick paste, that way, it was not soggy and didn't swallow oil. It's only a good blender that can blend beans for akara, you need a thick paste and small blender will not blend it if you don't put enough water in it, so you should take it to the women who have commercial grinders and tell them it is akara, if your blender cannot grind beans with little water. Your akara will come out perfect as long as you use a deep frying pan or pot with enough oil, allow the oil to be very hot before you start, then reduce the heat.
I'm feeling heavy and sleepy. Let me sleep for one hour.
