  7. Major problem with Nigeria is the outright lack of accountability at all levels. From politicians to criminals to Nigerians beating nepa and other govt officials, to people throwing trash in drainages, to soldiers assaulting civilians at will, the list is endless. A land without accountability simply has no laws and a land without laws is a time bomb.
