The Federal Government of Nigeria has predicted a five-day rainfall that may lead to flooding in 21 states and 123 locations.
It also listed seven states that will likely be severely affected.
They are Benue, Kogi, Anambra, Delta, Imo, Rivers and Bayelsa states...

I still remember that flood video from Kogi. The roofs of the houses were floating like leaves on the water
