The students and staff of the Federal University Gusau, Zamfara State, who were abducted over seven months ago, have regained their freedom from captivity.They were abducted during an attack in the Gusau area in February 2024..     God be praised for their safe return. The security forces would not tell us that a large ransom was paid to ensure their release. 

    The Nigerian government should make major investments in advanced equipment and security.
    Kidnapping has become the norm in this region of the world, to the point where kidnappers boast about their money on social media.
