Remember that my brother whose wife was pregnant and he told me and I was surprised that he told me cos he didn't tell me in the two previous ones? I was asking if I should call the wife and congratulate her. You posted my comment as a chronicle on the 9th of June 2024, many bvs said I should not congratulate her but wait till she delivers. Some said maybe he wants to ask for my assistance. I didn't congratulate her.

Thank God his wife delivered on Monday but he could not pay for hospital bill. He called me and lamented how he had not even finish buying baby things and hospital had to use their own for her so they can pay later together with the hospital bill. I gathered little money that I see and sent to him. I wanted the baby to leave the hospital at least, cos they held them down and refused to let them go up till evening of yesterday, there was no complications and it was vag#nal delivery.

I have his account details so I sent the money to the account yesterday. In less than two minutes of receiving credit alert, the loan app people that he borrowed money from wiped the money from his account. He was just crying on the phone that why didn't I tell him I want to send money to him so that he will give me his other account number or even a POS account close to the hospital or even the hospital account.

They are still in the hospital as at this morning, he told me he was looking for a buyer for his wife's Android phone..

I have told him to do family planning or start using co*dom, three kids are enough.

God is still in the business of doing miracles.....
A young man moved into a neighborhood as a banker, his neighbor started being nice to him, would send her daughters over to spend time with him, they will dress provocatively and yet this guy no gree fall, and at some point, both the woman and her kids stopped talking to this guy and the woman's husband is a very troublesome person....

One day while they were having compound meeting, the husband insulted the guy and even went ahead to slap him, so they fought and he beat the man, so the wife told him that he will beg for food, he thought it was a joke...
The next month they sacked him from work, his mom became sick, he spent all he had there, the bank arrested him for doing nothing, they locked him up for weeks, with the help of his friends, he was released, in the space of two months, he lost everything, sold most of his properties...

This woman was going around, telling people that his woes had just started, someone advised the young man to return to God, he did.

 I met him when he joined our sanctuary unit but the special thing about him is that he enjoys cleaning the toilets, infact the way he cleans the toilet is recommendable, he will always tell you that he knows that something is wrong somewhere but he will overcome...
We were talking on phone the other time and he told me that his landlord gave him until September to move out or pay the 1yr rent that he owed, he doesn't have much in his house, so we planned that he will bring his cooking items to my house while he takes his wares to the village..
When the police did their investigation and found him innocent, some people advised him to sue the bank but he refused, he said the battle belongs to God, even me saw it as cowardice the foolishness of God is wiser than men...
That his neighbor's husband became sick cos he drinks a lot, they relocated to the village...
Last night I had slept off when this number kept calling me, I picked up the second time, it was him, he said the bank has reinstated him, gave him a compensation for all the troubles he's been through, made him a full staff, increased his salary, he didn't tell me how much he was compensated with but he said he gave everything to God...

The enemy planned to humiliate him in September but the God of 11th hour came in August, he is never late, always on time, I got his permission to share his testimony....
I don't know what you might be going through, I don't know what the enemy might've said to you, your God is bigger and He is still doing miracles, saving lives and disappointing the craftiness of the wicked... HE'S IN THE ROOM...

PINKYS CORNER
Two days ago,when I came back from Lagos. I returned a friend's call which I missed due to what I went for. He said he needed an apartment and he doesn't know how to go about it. I asked if he has seen or discussed with any agent and he said yes. Two agents have collected 3k each from him for inspection fee without showing him a good place. I told him to come to my shop the next day(yesterday). When he came, I asked him to lead me to one of the agents office which he did.
On getting there, I spoke with the agent and he said he has shown him the available apartment. I asked my friend to wait outside while I speak to the agent which he did. The agent told me that, he showed him an apartment based on his budget. Ok. No wahala shebi he paid for inspection fee? He said yes. Then I asked him to please show us another and he shouldn't bother about the payment. He took us to a place (A room and parlour self). Very neat and in a cool environment. I asked him for price and he said total package is 450k. I asked him the last price and he said no reduction. We exchanged contact and left , giving him the hope that, we will be back for payment.
When we left, I map out another plan. I told my friend that, we are going back to that house in an hour time or two. When it was exactly two hours. We left my shop again and went straight to the house. We met one old woman selling drinks opposite the house then we discussed and explained ourselves to the woman. The woman, listened to us and had a pity. Then she asked us to wait that the landfill soon be back from where he went to(Not knowing,she is the wife to the Baba landlord).
When baba came, she introduced us as if she has gotten to know us for long and baba asked us to follow him upstairs which we did. We discussed with baba and right there we realized how devilish house agents are. Some of them are not meant to be allowed to stay in the midst of human. They are so self centered and killing. Baba said his house rent is 200k, agreement 40k and damages 20k which is 260k in total. But the mumu agent said 450k. Can you imagine the margin.
My friend paid immediately to baba and he was given his receipt. We left peacefully. I don't know how the agent got to know later then he messaged me saying "I'm a betrader" he is trying to say,i betrayed him. He sent me those messages on Whatsapp because it was my Whatsapp line I gave him.
Now imagine, such person will also be among those clamouring for good governance when in actual sense, they are killers and upcoming wicked leader.

 You want to have a whole 190k to yourself without considering if the person can even afford to get such amount of money. Ibadan is the worse place ever when it comes to agent and apartment. There are good apartment with reasonable prices in other states but you see Ibadan agent. They are devil and mist of them doesn't stay in a good apartment. Na one room them take swear for them.

One funny thing is,in Ibadan, if you are unlucky to meet the landlord, infact, the agent go use your eyes see pepper. They might be increasing your house rent every two years stating that "the instruction is from the landlord".

I pray the Lord help us all from the hands of wicked people called agent. How I wish the government can do something about them. They should also go work for themselves and stop frustrating innocent people. Apartment has become a war in Ibadan now. I'm presently investigating where I stay now sef because the lawyer just increased my neighbors rent by 50k to make it become the same price I'm paying. Then I realized that, my neighbor were paying 250k before. The landlord doesn't stay in Nigeria and we don't even know him but trying to get some fact Shaa. Someone told me saying, the last time the landlord came, he heard him saying "they shouldn't place high price to the apartment because he didn't buy the house because he wants to make money but because he wants to reduce the stress of some individuals who has issues in getting apartment.
