MADAM AMEBO CORNER......
Good day Jeweluchi, my neighbor's sales girl was duped and it was a large sum,
Somebody called her sometime last week and was speaking their dialect, he mentioned about a few of her friends back in the village (this girl was recently brought to the city from the village), so the person told her that they were good friends, she tried severally to remember but couldn't...
The guy told her to not bother that he wants to tell her why he called, she said okay, the guy told her that he's been doing apprenticeship for his boss but for the fear of his Oga disappointing him, that he had been saving on his own but he didn't save at the bank cos he won't want the Oga to find out, so he's been saving at home, he said now that the Oga wants him to move all his things out of the house cos they will be settling him by month end, but he didn't know where to move the cash to cos it's a large sum.
So he begged the girl to send him an account that can take at least 20million naira, the girl sent her MONIEPOINT account.....

After a while he called back and told the girl that there's no POS around that has such money in their wallet, so he suggested to buy a freezer, stuff the money inside and waybill to her, he begged the girl to swear that she will keep the money safe until he comes for it and that she will not tell a single soul about the money for safety purposes, he promised to reward her well and make her a millionaire, the girl agreed, na so body de sweet the girl, she didn't tell a single soul...

He sent her the supposed driver's number and told them to be communicating as he will be busy in the shop with his Oga and will not want to be disturbed, the driver called her later to tell her that he had left Lagos and was on his way, after a few hours, he called her that custom held them and they want to open the freezer to know what is inside, she told him to not allow them, she quickly called the guy, he said he didn't have any cash on him as he had sent all he had in that freezer, he begged her to please not allow them to waste his efforts of so many years, na so this girl wire 100k to them with hope say money de come..

Na so them extort this girl to the tune of 1.480k (one million, four hundred and eighty thousand naira) in the space of two days, when the POS wallet became empty, her eyes cleared, they have blocked her, the account she sent the money to na roadside POS too, no means of tracking the account...

The madam collapsed and was rushed to the hospital, she sent her that one million to go and collect cash from Alhaji wey de give them cash for her, na the 1 million she join take dash the fraudsters, her greed and urge to become a millionaire made her a debtor like this.... The life get as e be, everybody wan drive Benz....

How could she have trusted so much money to an inexperienced sales girl

PINKYS CORNER
Our single ladies needs to do better these days. Few understands how the game is been played. Why will you try getting a man by being pregnant for him. Are you joking abi you are kidney me? The end point no dey good at all. Only few in this situation gets exactly what they planned for but many has been thrown off balance from this nasty attitude.
They were both dating and claimed to love one another shaaa but me no believe. She was too into him and it was glaring. This guy stays in Abuja while the lady stays here in Ibadan. She got pregnant and gave birth. Ever since the guy came to Ibadan for naming ceremony and went back to Abuja. He has never for once been in Ibadan again to check on the lady or the handsome boy. The boy clocks two years few days ago. I spoke with the lady and asked her why this guy hasn't been coming. She gave me different reasons based on what the guy fed him with. I couldn't tell her the truth because the guy is a great liar. It's either he is been arrested for something today, or his Baba ijebu kiosk had issues etc. From one lie to another and I wonder how easy it is for some ladies to be deceived.

The lady told me that her man has no phone for now. He is only managing one TONASOBE. She said this because I asked her if they talk on Whatsapp but she said the guy isn't on Whatsapp for now. . When she said that thing, I knew she has been deceived. Someone that is always online and uploading pictures of different ladies. I got to know this because I have his contact.

We became Friends when he came to Ibadan during their relationship days before the pregnancy issue came up. Which means, he has blocked the lady on Whatsapp and the lady knows sabai anything. She claimed to be technologically savvy but she no sabi anything. When she was done speaking to us(myself, wify, a friend of mine who happens to be her friend too and one other lady). I called the other guy and asked him if he smells anything fishy. Then he went on his Whatsapp and showed me different things. He said he will never say anything about it to her because the lady will never want to listen. I asked if he has tried advising her before and he said yes. He told me, I shouldn't even say anything because I might not like the end result then I kept quiet.

She is struggling trying to take care of the baby while the father is somewhere enjoying himself. Yes, I know what I'm saying and we have evidence but we will never let it out because we don't want problem. This girl said and I quote " I was the one who even sent him 3k last week for transportation to go for interview". I just laugh inside me say, Dem don knack this one juju. Someone who is presently in Abuja, moving from one beer parlour to another and posting on Whatsapp status. The lady said the guy has baba ijebu kiosk and a betnaija shop but na lie. Na all these Abuja guys wey dey live fake life.

We feel like opening her eyes to the truth but we don't know what it might lead to and we are also trying to be security conscious. Someone who claims to be a father is in Abuja and hasn't come down to Ibadan for two years to check on you or the son. She had issues of paying her house rent few weeks ago (just 40k ooo for the one room). It was myself and 5 other people who contributed the money and gave it to the landlady. Her man didn't picked her call and we don't want to use our own line. The greatest secret with us now is, the guy is married with 3kids in Abuja but can we even say this to her? Hell no because I no want wahala. The one I did two months ago at my shop almost put me in trouble. I have learnt to mind my business.
The question is, how did we get to know that, this handsome young Abuja man is married with 3kids? His Facebook says it all. We saw his pictures on Facebook when MaKSUGARBAG brought it as someone I may know. I searched through all the pictures and saw his wedding pictures.
My question is, does it mean that, this lady doesn't know or she knows but just deceiving us? I was worried and needed to answer that question. Last week, I said to her when we were discussing, "what's your Facebook i.d?". She gave me and I added her on FB then searched through her friends and realized that, the FB account she stored to her profile as her husband was a different account from the one we have. Which means, the guy has two account on FB. But, who are we to expose all these? It's just a pity that, this lady has been blindfolded and it's not too late provided she can accept the truth when told but she will never listen.

Don't try to pin a man down with pregnancy because it might not end well. Be warned and act fast before it's too late. Na when you get bele u go know say he no love you oooo. Pregnancy can make irresponsible man act foolishly ooo. Don't allow the suya and cinema outing get into your head.
Ire ooooo

Na wah!!!!

Father please touch the heart of our leaders so that they can pity all of us because the suffering is just to much on us, I was expecting a big Amen from the congregation next thing some people started laughing.. I was very mad and shocked at the same time? Why are they laughing at the child..

  9. God said in Genesis 17, “I will give Sarah a son. She will be the mother of nations. Kings of people will come out of her.” God told Abraham and Sarah that they were going to have a baby. They were both way too old. Sarah had gone through the change of life. There was no way logically speaking. But sometimes God will put things in your spirit that don’t make sense to your mind. He’ll give you a promise that defies the odds. When Sarah first heard it, it was so far out, she laughed. She said, “How could an old woman like me and a worn out man like Abraham have a child?” In the natural, it was impossible, but God is supernatural. What He’s already programmed for your life is not going to happen just by your talent, education, determination, or ordinary means. That’s all good, but what God has for you is going to take supernatural power, supernatural favor, supernatural healing. It’s not going to be ordinary, what people expect. It’s going to be uncommon, unusual. God doing what only He can do.

  12. Good Day.
I just came across the book "The Passport of Mallam Ilia ," and I am so excited. It's been ages since I read it, so my recollection of it is hazy. There is another book I am looking for, but I can't remember the title.

It's about a girl named Sade.
Her mother has a shop in the market square. A fight broke out between Mama Sade (who claimed to be a wrestler in her hay days) and her fellow market woman, who was trying to steal her customer, and she won. Sade was thrilled.

Her father was not keen on sending her to school because he wanted a son, but he got a daughter instead, so her mom took it upon herself to sponsor her education.

She had two best friends (I can't remember their names). Sade failed and repeated her classes, but her two friends passed and moved on to the next class. Still, they always cheered her up and spent time with her during the break time.

She was accused of being a thief by one of the junior students and the teacher who hated her, but she was vindicated. Sade struggled through life but became successful at last.

Please, if anyone has an idea about the book, I would be grateful.

Two pieces of brownies I ate showed me shege, Olun!

Although I heard when eaten, it highs more and the highness last longer than when smoked .

I just ate two pieces of the brownies, after one hour, nothing happened. I asked my guy, if truly Igbo is in the cake because I'm still clear. He said "baba relax, na small small you go feel am".
I wanted to eat another one, he said no.
After 2 hours, as I was reading sdk blog, it was as if someone is shaking my brain.
I stood up immediately to know what was happening to me, but it was as if my village people were after me.
I said to my soul "calm down, no one poisoned you". Then I sat back on my chair.
At this point, anything I think of, I see coloured picture images of my thinking. It was as if someone sat me down and is playing my thoughts on coloured TV for me to watch.
Igbo highness is totally different from alcohol highness.
The way you can't control your staggering or vomiting when drunk, that's exactly the way you can't control your thinking when high on Igbo. You will be thinking many things at the same time and all your thoughts being played for you before your eyes.

I woke up immediately, I asked myself what if I sleep and go mad in my dream and my spirit wanders away, running mad in dream land and never return. I jumped up from my bed, went back to my parlour and started singing worship songs, but at this point, I was singing different songs at the same time.
I went back to my room when I started feeling dizzy, that was I slept off.
As I woke up in the morning, I threw away the remaining brownies. I can't kill myself by myself.

PS: for those that will ask about my guy, he left after delivering the brownies.

Please forgive any error. No time to proofread.

  27. Wow, this place is more than a blog honestly, Greetings to everyone.

Thank you all for the heartwarming birthday wishes and prayers, I'm so touched and humbled, I pray celebrations shall never cease in your lives.

Bro Pinky, that guy is heartless, the lady could be naively innocent and the guy took advantage of her weakness.
Why have a baby with someone without any intention of catering for the child and even going as far as collecting from the little she has.
    It is so sad.

  45. how can you trust such amount of money into the hands of a sales girl, you should monitor your sales girl closely. Greed is really dealing with people lately, everyone want to make. our economy is not helping matters at all.

Pinky will you people continue to contribute money and settle her landlord forever? you people need to give her some hint or send her a message via anonymous mode so that she can have some sense.
