A woman was yelling at her child for not having good grades in the just concluded term, her neighbor was upstairs looking at them, the furious mother didn't notice, so later in the evening, the woman came downstairs and told her that the reason her kids are not doing well is because someone took their glory to the coven....
The woman told her that she will take her somewhere and she will see things for herself, but what the woman didn't know was that someone else was listening to them, they went there on Wednesday as agreed but the other woman did not return, only the neighbor returned...
By Thursday they started looking for the woman cos she didn't return on Wednesday, the husband said it was unlike her cos she's a housewife and hardly leaves the house, the husband was crying, the children too, everyone gathered including the upstairs neighbor, no one was saying anything...
Then that man came out and told them what he heard, the woman denied it immediately and told them that she has not set her eyes on the woman since the previous Sunday when she saw them going to church, police was called in and they took the woman away...
We heard this morning that she confessed but when police got to the place, they found no one in the building, even the man we all thought was her husband, is an accomplice, they're coworkers, they're into organ harvesting....

DeleteSo, I noticed I have been using the minimum of 10 units of light daily since they did that upgrade ISH, that they sent 2 KTCs to be entered before the token.

So on an average I use 1k light daily.
I don't have a deep freezer, na fridge I get, I've disconnected my heating years back, I no dey use washing machine.. my air conditioner is inverter so it doesn't even use much power, I rarely iron as I take most of my clothes to dry cleaners, I don't use electric cooker, na gas I dey use.. so what appliances am I using in my home to be consuming that much light daily.
Ok, that means in a month I'm using an average of 30k naira light..
How much is minimum wage again..
I spend an average of 10k fuel daily .
Let me peg it at this to cover both the fuel for Gen cos I might not go out everyday and I might use less or more depending on how I move..
So that 300k for fuel in a month..
I haven't added feeding
Medication
Clothing
Shelter
Support back home to parents
Support to friends getting married or that lost their loved ones
What of emergencies, change of car tyre, repair of microwave, refill of gas, car servicing, etc etc
Laundry, getting house stuff like tissues, soap, insecticides, detergent, liquid soap, bathing soup, perfume, body spray, water etc etc
How much person dey see for month nah..
And all I mentioned above are necessities, no luxuries,. No balling or folake for the night there..
How civil servants no go tief? How people won dey honest?
How corruption no go dey when expenses don pass income..
And with all these they are still making life more difficult..
But no p sha.. God no go shame us

I didn’t know fans were energy guzzlers, first time I am reading that. I always thought fans were low energy consumption products. Plugging out your fridge at nights does help to save energy, I know quite a number of ppl who do this and they have all seen a big difference. It is also important that before buying a fridge you always make sure it is an energy efficient model. Fridges that are not energy efficient will use a lot of energy.

increased the rent suddenly from 400k to 500k and expect me to go give him the notice of rent increase, in this hard country? Telling me I'm the one managing the house, so I should do it. Did you tell me before increasing the rent like that?
I have told him I'm not a party to that, you increased rent by 100k in this condition of the country, go and give them yourself or use your lawyer.
