Ehen Zeeone has gotten interesting as concerns Maitree....Please who has watched it?The snake girl episode is the one I am watching now....The snake girl carried Maitree to forest to ...Abeg give me the tip,I am tired of LOOKING....
Why do these indian movies and series always try to tell us that snake girls are too beautiful? bad is always good in these movies.....People be careful what you watch and believe..make sure you have your own mindset and realise that its just a movie...Dont let your kids watch certain things oh.....
Anyway BVs NNukwu Nwanyi and Bennycoco have both been credited....Thank God and thank you Angel Star.....

INSIDE THE MIND OF A WOMAN GOING THROUGH MOTHERHOOD

My princess’s birthday is barely two weeks from now, I am still in awe of how quickly time flies. This time last year, I was scared out of my mind about the delivery process and the post CS healing process. My mental health was in shambles, and the only thing that was holding me together was the scriptures and God’s promises.
Not only has that phase passed ( the newborn phase), but it went well better than I thought. I am still standing.
Before I had my daughter, I used to say to anyone who cared to listen that if I ever had a girl, I was going to dress her in the most puffy and bright coloured princess gowns and a lot of glitters. Well, I was wrong, I haven’t bought one till date, and I am not planning too until she is old enough to want one because I find them uncomfortable.
The one I was gifted changed my mind totally. Imagine having to back a baby with such a puffy gown on. The heat and scratches from the sequins, too, were uncomfortable.
Maybe when she is old enough to run around without being strapped around me, I will give it a trial.
This mum ( me) has a birthday to plan, and for once, I am not freaking out about my child’s birthday. The boys can’t remember theirs and all.
The stress I went through was more for me wanting to create good memories and all. So, with this one, I am way more relaxed. It doesn’t have to be the perfect picture I have painted over the years for my first daughter.

WOW..how times flies! Happy planning!

MADAM AMEBO CORNER....
Good day SDK, abeg wetin them say wahala be like again? Hmmmm
My neighbor daughter go do kwalangida, she came back and lied to her mother, she told her mom that they almost killed mama onyi's daughter cos she stole from her boyfriend, that if not for her timely intervention, say them for kpaii onyii.

She said she had gone to the library to read but on her way home, she saw the crowd, only to see them dragging onyi around, so she helped.
Na so the mama carry the matter for head, every little thing she go drop bad word give mama onyii, it got so bad yesterday afternoon that the both mothers had a heated argument, so my neighbor come tell her say make she go home go raise her kids right before correcting her own child, after all na just dirty her pikin dirty their domot unlike onyii that sleeps around and is also a thief.
The word no siddon well for mama onyii body, she come slap my neighbor, fight start, it was something else cos them panelbeat my neighbor eeh, my neighbor come run go call vigilante men, both parties were whisked away, I followed cos am such a nice neighbor, I can't leave them to oppress my dear neighbor.
They were asked to judge what happened, the both women explained and mama onyi's statement was so coherent, she had been keeping tabs unlike my neighbor that kept singing "my daughter told me this and that", so the two girls were brought in Only to find out that it was onyii that has been advising my neighbor's daughter to stop kwalangida business, infact one time she caught somebody decking her for backyard...
They asked mama onyii what she wanted, she said she wants my neighbor to go back to the compound, carry agogo and announce to everyone that her daughter is decent and that her own daughter is the akwunakwuna, my neighbor said lailai that she will rather die than try it, after all she been don dash am that hot slap, that it should be enough
Mama Onyii said she will swear juju for her, na that moment she gree, in the evening she carried komkom and was hitting it round the street, as she got home, her husband (her children's stepdad) don put their load for outside, na beg we de beg since but that man no gree, i have always known that, that man is that heartless because he no de talk, he's quiet to a fault.
Gossip no good, if you tell one single lie, you may need one hundred lies to cover it, putting out people's light won't make yours to shine brighter..

LOL.........So thats how she was thrown out? or did he forgive them? Some women are even too busy to know what their kids are up to but they know everything about other ppeoples kids.....When i was growing up, a lady went to whisper to my dad that if he is not careful i will soon get pregnant and bring babies home cos she used to see me anywhere she turns to but her daughter was always at home...I got home and was beaten well well...some months later another neighbour told her to check her daugther well and she discovered her girl was 7 months pregnant...LMAO.......

A POST FOR LADIES

•A Lady who cannot make her hair without asking a guy for money. And if not given -would call the guy BROKE.

A Lady that cannot subscribe her phone without sending “Can you do me a favour..?” to her random boyfriends on Facebook or whatsapp, and if not given would call them BROKE

A lady who does nothing than to jump around from one bed to another to pay her rent, feed and forming fake life on Facebook will be calling a guy who hustles; pays house rent, feeds himself, does everything for himself, BROKE.

A lady who is Jobless and lazy will come on Social media to argue how she can't marry a man who doesn't earn 100K a month.
Isn't it Funny that Ladies who can't foot their bills call men BROKE for not dancing to their drums?

Ladies, How I wish you understand how cheap you are when you Embarrassed a guy who didn't give you money for your hair.

How I wish you understand how Cheap it sounds when you say a man who can't buy you the Latest phone or trending stuff on a date is not man enough to talk or date you .
Stop demanding from men If you can't do it yourself.
Before Calling a guy broke, let it be that he can't take care of himself not because he can't take care of your personal Bills .

If not you are the broke one here...YES
As a Lady you should think of Building your self-esteem, Creative, Learning skills and praying to God to Direct your path.
Stop, Embarrassing yourself with guys, if a guy can't pay for a plate of Rice in Mega-Chicken..

Aunty why can't you pay for it?
Come to think of it ,If we Interview most ladies the way they examined most men, you'll see that many ladies are LAZY, JOBLESS and Lack COMMON SENSE but forming Rich and Sensible..

On the Other hand, Men are Hardworking and Resourceful for themselves.
Go get a life
Set standards
Be financially independent then you can talk of not marrying a broke guy.

  1. I will be watching wedding videos on IG and be wishing I can redo mine πŸ˜‚

So many choreography, I could have included in my dances. I will now wake up early and make sure I get to church early so that the pastor won’t have started the wedding without me like they did my actual wedding. This way I finally get my planned wedding entrance.

Then I will redo my traditional wedding and dance Ada Ada again but this time around with a better dress and a better choreography. Kai!!!!!

Now that there’s even better money sef, everything will just be ‘glistening’ like those celebrity IG weddings ( I wish), with better dresses, location and decor.

  5. Sometimes the shock that usually kills people, is when they remember how well and comfortable they were & doing in life before things took a nosedive. Some people didn't recover from such humbleness.

It takes only Grace to get to one's feet again after a fall.

Few days ago, I spoke with a relation who had left Nigeria to the UK through education for a MSc program last December(2023). He had two degrees here in Nigeria before leaving for his Master. He told me all he spent before leaving and arrival was over 20million naira. He was a teacher before leaving. He said not a penny came from his family, relations or friends. He didn't tell me how he made the money but the good thing was that, he has left Nigeria for good.

During our conversation on phone, he told me he had the opportunity of investing that money here in Nigeria but on a second thought, he ruled it off. His reason for ruling it off was that, the over 20million may eventually be blown off in one or two years time due to Nigerian harsh economic policies and poor business regulations. Instead of the money increasing, it might actually be decreasing and finally crumbles.

He got a well paying job as soon as he got to the UK. He told me something interesting. He said, it's just seven month he has been in the UK and has gotten close to the over 20million plus he spent on his travel. He went further to say, if not for anything, the serenity, neatness, rule of law, constant light and orderliness he has enjoyed the last seven months made him hate Nigeria the more for all the wasted years he was there.

He ended up by advising me to do all humanly possible I can to leave Nigeria now before it's too late. For it doesn't seems it will get any better anytime soon.

Once the call dropped, I quickly tapped my bank app and checked my account balance. With what I saw therein, I felt a hot tear running down my cheek.

    Nigeria failed us😭😭😭

    2. Bro,it's only online I see people not making the money they spent moving abroad with a legit work Visa or through student route.

With a nice savings plan, even if you spend Thirty million naira to move, you would make the money back in few years and by Gods grace too.

Rule one, don't live alone if you are there without your family(that is if you are married),find someone to stay with and split bills;remove pride and do this, and watch how much you save.

Maybe after few years when you are settled, you can find something reasonable and stay alone(if you are okay).

All my Biz colleagues, friends and extended family who ever moved abroad, made all their money back with good investment(houses or land or shops in Nigeria) so don't allow anyone discourage you anytime God blesses you move.

The millions you are looking at in Nigeria is just a few thousands in Dollar,Euro or pounds,so just pray and work towards getting a reasonable Visa, then do your best and leave the rest to God.

I hope this encourages.someone out there still having doubts, when they have the funds already.

    4. Martins,

I have made up my mind to live Nigeria at this point by the special grace of God. Where there's the WILL comes the WAY.

Almost everyone I know who left are doing well. Just like you said above, my village guy who had stayed abroad over 20yrs but visits every Christmas told me never to travel to any country without anyone welcoming me and housing me for a good period of time while we split the bills. That's the only way to survive and get your bearing over there.

This village guy I'm telling you now has several investment in Nigeria and currently building a five star hotel in Enugu. All effort to make him cross me over hasn't yield fruit and I stopped talking about it. Imagine someone that moves with mopol whenever he's in Nigeria. He left in the early 2000's

Nigeria kills dreams and frustrate potentials.

Should I recommend some for you? So you can see light. Korea dramas have unique plots and the characters are brilliantly played. I just love how they build their characters. If the main lead is a doctor or the plot is about doctors, be ready to learn the basics of medicine, you will also know the meaning of so many medical jargon. You will learn and also be entertained. I also love how they blend different genres into a plot. And their English subtitles are always standard, advanced English ooo. Now, that I understand a bit of the language. I commend the good works that goes into the translation. Seriously, they are underrated.

    1. Congratulations and happy birthday 1st birthday in advance to your baby.

I've noticed one thing about some women who had their babies via CS, once they hear another woman says she had normal delivery, the one that went through CS will be so angry at the statement "normal delivery". And when someone prays to give birth like the Hebrew women, some CS moms feel somehow about that prayer too. Why?

We all know that CS takes time to heal, more expensive and painful.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hi,Both are "Normal delivery".

You use "Vaginal Delivery" or "Caesarian Section".

None is abnormal..and also the Hebrew women has nothing to do with CS or Vaginal delivery;Bible said they gave birth smoothly and stress free, could be CS Or Vaginal;and both are normal.

      Hope this helps.

      @MARTINS

      Delete
    2. Me the one i noticed is, once they deliver thru CS, once sending the message for their delivery, they must add the mode of delivery to it. I’m like is there any need for that? No one needs to know how you gave birth, the most important thing is that you have given birth. You would never see any mother that had vaginal delivery, write in the message she is sending to people that ‘i have given birth to a bouncing baby girl/boy, through vaginal delivery’ so why do the cs moms do it pls🀦‍♀️

      Delete
    3. Thank you Martins, could not have said it better.
@BBC, referring to vaginal delivery as ‘normal delivery’ implies that CS is ‘abnormal delivery’ and that is not true at all. It is just another route of delivery when vaginal is not feasible.

It is also this thought of CS as abnormal that makes some women and/ortheir husbands refuse surgery even when the intending mother is at the door of death. So don’t blame people who push against that term ‘normal delivery’.

    4. Really? Which one is not normal delivery? Funny enough it women who does this to each other.. Both is painful, I've had cs and "normal delivery'.. The importance thing is coming out with ur babies alive and well..

      Delete
    5. Pinky? Why are you emotional?

Martins, if you say both are normal delivery, no problem. I won't argue with you.

But you see the Hebrew women's own, don't go there because it's pure V delivery.
Not CS. The Bible says that the Hebrew women put to birth before the arrival of the midwives. It means that they gave birth to their babies without the help of doctors or nurses. No one helped them. No Nurses and no doctors.

Look, as long as mother and baby are doing fine, everyone is happy. healthy babies and mothers are all that matter.

I just don't understand why a mother will feel triggered or inferior when another mother talks about her own delivery .

    8. Exodus 1 (KJV)

15   And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah:

16   And he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live.

17   But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive.

18   And the king of Egypt called for the midwives, and said unto them, Why have ye done this thing, and have saved the men children alive?

19   And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them.

20   Therefore God dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty.

They lied to Pharaoh to save the boys.Therr is no where in the scriptures that says its not assisted birth.

      All birth are normal.

It wasn't long a church member came to tell her to check her first daughter well because she looks preggy. Mama fainted o and they were pouring water on her. Laslas her daughter was indeed pregnant and the boyfriend denied responsibility, said them plenty wey do the work.

Bvs enjoy the rest of your day

  26. This is why it's good to mind your business. How can you be more invested in another woman's child than in yours?

One woman once overheard her neighbour's teenage daughter talking over the phone (some distance away from their compound) and referring to the person as 'Sweetie'. She rushed home and told the girl's motherthat her daughter had started keeping boyfriends. The girl's mother laughed and informed the neighbour that her daughter was talking to her. The girl's calls her mother 'Sweetie'. She was only giving her mother an update on the errand the mother sent her. Nosy neighbour shamefully walked away.
