ReplyDeleteThere needs to be collaboration and transparency regarding the distribution of relief items and money and to ensure this, it's better it be done via BVN/ nin and those who are not registered to be nominated by their local traditional rulers or religious body to collect their tokens on the same day and register for nin and BVN a week before receiving items or cash there as a prerequisite.
ReplyDeleteThis would remove the middle men,, make audit of the process easier, avoid a situation where aid is given to the samw set of people and help get more people on the books.
