Man Whose Wife Allegedly Tore His Passport Begs On Her Behalf And Explains

The husband of the lady who allegedly tore a Nigerian passport at the Murtala Mohammed Airport,Lagos has revealed that the whole incident was a planned skit that they didn't know would go viral.

He posted a video with two of his three children seated with him and appealed
"Am here with my kids to send a message to the Republic of Nigeria and the whole world also, that what my wife tore is not a passport.
She never tore my passport , it is intact, we are doing a skit, this is somebody's story of what happened that we are passing to the world, we didn't know it would blow the way the bloggers are taking it.
Am begging everybody, this is not passport that she tore.
The immigration have seen my passport and confirmed that it's intact.
We are full bonafide Nigerians and we cannot go against the law by destroying the passport of Nigeria.
If we offended by doing that skit, please we are sorry for this, it's a prank video, it's just a cardboard paper, it's not passport".

    4. That was how a man caused the death of a young woman in Nsukka some few months ago in the name of skit prank.
Anybody who wants to be an actor should go the right way or should clarify at all times that his/her videos is/are dramatised act(s).

Don't they know that they were not authorised to act a movie at the airport without proper authorisation?

The Immigration Services should read them its full Act and use them as a lesson to mischief pranksters in public places.

  3. Well, you both did the skit in the hopes that it would blow up. Now you both have the fame or infamy you wanted but don’t know how to handle it. You both better find a way to channel your five minutes into something long lasting.

  4. It is well. I agree you both are Skit Makers of domestic abuse, next time please don't do the skit in a place that is of high volatility. Lesson learned.

  5. Even with this confession and all evidence pointing towards the video being a skit, a lot of people still insist it’s real just because they want to keep bashing the woman. I hope that woman has learnt a bitter lesson tho.

    1. Everything to you must be brought down to gender basis why. Some people bashed her because of what she did, not because of the gender involved.

    3. Some people, men and women, behave and have behaved as "skitted."
That is why it was believed even if it is a skit as now claimed.

  21. Though it points out as a skit initially, the lady doing an aftermath video explaining the reasons for her actions on the incident is what makes it not look like a skit—the reason she was apprehended.
