    1. I think it has to do with the kind of edible we consume in the country. They now have far reaching effect on the body.

  12. This is why I don’t let anyone stress me out with nothing. Nobody going to have me turn into any beast of burden in the house while pushing a 9-5 and being on demand for bedmatics while pummeling me like a racehorse on the track.

This news is sad and I pray she is at peace and her loved ones are comforted.

Research proves that people can slump and die due to various reasons, including:

    1. _Cardiac arrest_: Sudden loss of heart function, often caused by heart disease, arrhythmias, or electrical issues.

    2. _Stroke_: Sudden loss of brain function due to bleeding or blockage of blood vessels.

    3. _Respiratory failure_: Inability to breathe, often caused by chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pneumonia, or other lung conditions.

    4. _Trauma_: Severe injury, such as head trauma, spinal cord injury, or internal bleeding.

    5. _Infection_: Severe infections like sepsis, meningitis, or pneumonia can lead to rapid decline and death.

    6. _Neurological disorders_: Conditions like epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) can cause sudden death.

    7. _Toxicity or poisoning_: Exposure to toxic substances, drugs, or alcohol can lead to rapid decline and death.

    8. _Dehydration or electrolyte imbalance_: Severe dehydration or electrolyte imbalances can cause cardiac arrest or other fatal complications.

    9. _Anaphylaxis_: Severe allergic reactions can cause rapid decline and death.

    10. _Underlying medical conditions_: Pre-existing conditions like diabetes, kidney disease, or liver disease can increase the risk of sudden death.

It's essential to seek immediate medical attention if someone shows signs of distress, such as:

    - Sudden collapse
    - Loss of consciousness
    - Difficulty breathing
    - Chest pain or discomfort
    - Severe headache or confusion

Prompt medical intervention can help prevent fatalities in some cases.

The way people die lately call for concern, a woman in her forties died of hbp on Friday, she didn't even know she has hbp until she was rushed to hospital, when it was checked, it's 240. The doctors tried but she later gave up the ghost.

  35. Women hear this:
You DO NOT get any award for being the most stressed out wife/mother! God forbid something like this happens to you, that your husband that can't wash his own clothes with his own hands will start doing it, he will start cooking and cleaning or better still, get the services of a maid. Be a caring wife/mother, but be wise.

Just know that you come first in every situation, take care of yourself first before anybody. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
