Good evening house.. I'm very tired like this i just came back from the market since morning, I went to the market with my friend to buy her suverniors for her wedding.. things are very expensive in the market . Make I bath first then look for what to eat first I day come back..

That's the thing that I am trying to figure out. How are these old model appliances selling more expensive than they did in the past and with newer models on the market. Some of them are selling same price as the newer model product.

ReplyDeleteI have not gone to court before so when a friend told me she will be going to court today, I decided to follow her and watch court proceedings. She has a tenant who has refused to pay rent for 8 months and she took him to court. To my greatest surprise, majority of the cases at that court where landlord and tenant cases and both the landlords and tenants came with lawyers.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's me. I feel it's not wise to owe rent and still pay a lawyer to defend you in court. Why not use that money that you will pay lawyer to pay part of your rent or better park out if you are tired of the house. I enjoyed myself listening and watching court hearing today. knowledge is power.

DeleteOur landlord introduced a barrister to us some years back, saying everything about the house will now be through the barrister. Payment et al. It's been going on smoothly as no body wanted any problems with the barrister. Those who were fond of slashing payment put a stop to it. Now landlord and barrister are no longer in good terms and they didn't inform us. I paid my rent this month only to be served quit notice a week later by the landlord himself. I called the barrister and he said he didn't know about it, but I guess he quickly collected the rent so as to remove his commission. He did that to one other tenant. Notice to quit was served to almost all the tenants but just two of us recently paid. Landlord wants to renovate and increase rent and didn't intend for us to renew rent but the thief barrister quickly asked for rent saying I may decide to stay till next year august, but quit notice says to leave by February. People are telling me to get a lawyer to get my money back. I just dey vex

Some people are going through a lot of financial challenges especially this period, nothing will make me go to court with my landlady,my prayer is that God should continue to bless our Hussle.
