DeleteI don't know why, when a man is agreeable and loving towards his wife, he is called names, the same as when a woman is submissive; meanwhile, it just comes naturally to them, knowing fully well how blessed they are to be in a union that is imbued with reciprocity.
DeleteAnd I don't know if this is because the woman is the one with the deep pockets which shouldn't be an issue as long as the man is secure, loves her silly, and has got her back. Nowhere is it etched in stone that the man must always be the wealthier one for the union to be fruitful.
I have heard women complain about men of lower financial standing, always wanting to cut them down to size in romantic relationships and being aggressively competitive because of feeling unnecessarily emasculated and envious. But here you have a man not threatened by her success nor ashamed of how it is likely to make him appear next to her; still, some people feel the need to prod him.
Well, I just hope he is not the kind to let vilifying comments drive him off the wall. They seem to have a peaceful union, and I pray it forever stays that way.
