Court Orders VDM And Pastor Jeremiah Fufeyin To Maintain Status Quo In Ongoing Defamation Suit

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has directed both parties in the ongoing legal battle between VeryDarkMan (VDM), and Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, to maintain the status quo pending further proceedings. The legal tussle arose after Prophet Fufeyin sued VeryDarkMan over alleged defamatory statements concerning his miracle products..

According to Wikipedia, Maintaining the status quo means keeping things the way they currently are, without making any changes. In the context of a legal battle, it means that both parties are required to refrain from taking any actions that would alter the current situation until the court makes a further decision.

  3. I am not a fan of Prophet Jeremiah or his miracle products, nor am I also against VDM, but VDM should also take things lightly. I guess the new online fame is getting on his head. Inasmuch as I understand he has been in and out of prison, he should be careful how he threads, "Because one day monkey go enter market e no go come back."

E dey shack am now ooo, but make e no be like sey we no tell am.

    1. This man is scamming people with religion, someone calls him out and you are saying he should "take things lightly"?

Your education if you have any wasted on you.

I hope you performing the equivalent of online fellatio on your former prophet, is a paid service and not an act of fealty?

    2. Just so you know.
Very dark man has an identical brother who's a Senior police officer.

      He has back up.
      Don't get it twisted.

  4. Former prophet Jeremiah! Former prophet Jeremiah! Former prophet Jeremiah! How many times must I call you?

The most dangerous person to confront is someone with nothing to lose. Whether VDM wins or loses in court, it's still a victory for him. He's building social capital with these controversies, and by choosing to fight him legally, you've only exposed yourself to greater scrutiny.

Jeremiah, your record is long and filled with scandals— from the missing baby testimony, using the police to harass and assault 'Apostle' Kassy, attacking a YouTuber's family (Farm Lady), to the issues with Maureen Badejo, and many more.

VDM is different; he doesn't mind risking his life. You could have ignored him and continued deceiving your gullible followers, but it seems your time for disgrace and downfall has come.

    I wish you well.

  11. Fufenyin the swindler has stopped sales of the snake oils he parades as efficacious, it was announced. This is a contravention of maintaining status quo ante. People are finding things hard and all that these scam Artists do, including the Babalawos, is fleece the poor and the mental slaves of the little in their pockets. Go to Anambra, the place is brimming with thousands of former 419 kingpins turned dibias, they are scamming people and flinging the money in the air at parties and some of them building multi-hotels .
