  2. We play too much in this country.

On no ground will I employ someone with questionable appearance, clearly she's coming to be a side chick and hiding under the guise of P.A.

There are different clothing for different occasion. Good thing she was denied.

  3. Based on my personal Perception,
Please always remember to dress in a manner that is respectful and appropriate for the office when you for interview or job application.
The way you dress and present yourself says a lot about you and your personality.

  5. Every organisation and job has its requirements.

So the CEO doesn't have a right to the kind of person to be in his personal space?

My dear get your company and employ her.
If you were the wife of the CEO or relative, will you allow her to be employed with her panty lines showing?

  8. Why should she appear like that to a corporate organization, even if it was not an interview, she was not dressed appropriately.
From my years of experience in the corporate world, other things that can make you fail the job interview are :

    Wearing slippers or low sandals
    Heavy makeup
    Heavy jewelry
    Your phone ringing multiple times
    Fixing very long nails
Wearing very long weaves, the type that reaches the waist
Wearing casual wears like jeans and casual top, casual gowns, leggings, sleeveless tops, etc.
In some organizations, wearing flat covered shoes can disqualify you

  9. I believe the first component for acing a job interview is one’s likability ratio. If you have this likability aura around you, most recruiters will probably give you the job, and are ready to give you on the job training if your qualifications don’t meet up with the job prerequisite. Secondly is your qualifications, are you aptly qualified for the position you are applying to? Third, your comportment and carriage? How do you present yourself? What are you wearing to the interview? The way you speak and answer the interview questions? Do you look or sound job ready?

    1. Absolutely!! You have let the cat out of the bag...Likeability ratio is key...

Look at the role for PA...No right thinking CEO or MD will take any one dressed like the candidate described...A PA is always seen as the CEO/MD in waiting as you carry everything about your principal at the palm of your hand....

  12. It depends on the type of job.
Some jobs don't need corporate get-up to honor an interview.Especially in the entertainment industry, but an oil servicing firm is a corporate outfit and as such she should have toned down her outlook.
If I have to interview a candidate, piercings and leg chains wouldn't matter to if its done in moderation.
Me dey wear bad ass leg chain sef.
