  4. Just discussing with someone about this holiday lessons. Teachers are humans too who need rest, handling different kids at once ain't beans. To be honest I do not understand the need for holiday lessons. Parents should learn to train their kids in other skills rather than academics alone.

    1. Agreed that you can train your kids in other skills but it can’t be everyday like school so you’re still stuck with them for the other week days. Na the problem gan gan be that. Even if it’s just two days of the week they have free, your eye go still see shege

  12. Funny enough I actually enjoy spending time with my 7yr old. We are here drawing different things I screenshot from internet and painting them. They won’t be young forever. These are the moments I will cherish for life as Once they become teenagers they would hardly want to do anything with us any more.

  13. Oh please. You that can afford to put your child in summer camp and other activities with no financial stress. Let folks who do not have the privilege that you do talk. Those that must work and have low income.

  14. Is because people don't train their children properly! Parents should look forward to holidays! That's when you should even bond with your children.
Growing up, we had a running family business. Holidays we are all there!
That's why even after living across continents; I am currently doing my own thing. I resign jobs from toxic environment quickly! I remembered when I left the UK , my work place was calling me in Nigeria; to know when I was coming back.
The last full time role in Nigeria, I resigned when the environment was starting to become toxic.
Please teach your children a trade; not just booking all the time. It is well.
I decide full time work, remote work or taking a break completely from work.
    It's how I feel, that I adopt.

  17. Tiwa plan and take him for a ship cruise or vaction; something that would be exciting for you both as you pass time and bond. You are financially capable I believe, so there should be no issues about that.
You better enjoy his company now that you can. There will come a time you would be praying that he comes to gist with you for just 10mins so that you can know what he is up to. Now is the time to build that strong bond.

  19. Lmao. It's very hard..that's why.thru det activities for them. You can try that

  20. I love my child but only when they are far from me that's how I see it. So kids should be born for teachers not parents. Let us train our kids biko not ship them off to school

  21. Pls, let's give teachers their feathers. Let parents have a thirst of what we go through daily(week days) for 12/13 weeks. Just few days the parents have started complaining. I doff my hat 🤠 for us teachers. They think is easy. Left for some parents there wouldn't be holiday😀😀

  22. Goes to show you how some parents don't even know what to do with their kids lol. Abeg teacher needs rest to be able to function maximally for new school year. Figure out the summer for your child/children.

  23. Naim be dis: "Take your kid(s) with you O!" But they do not know what to do with or about the child(ren).

An actress who was very boastful on SM after she was shown washing her hands with "Champaign" suddenly found out the men she leaves her son with when she goes on the international travels she once boated about on SM, had inducted her son into very bad habits and were using him to extort money from her.

After two weeks of staying away from home because of a penny job, a mother came back to hear a bagful of stories from her child and realised what she had always been told and has been repeated above - time flies.
