DeleteIt's sad but when it comes to lawsuits, its permissible to prove negligence. Their Lawyers should sit down with them, independently and together, to find a way out. The bad side of this will be financial abuse: David not supporting the child financially. Spending some weekends and getting to familiarize with her siblings is not bad too Madam Sonia.

Yea. Sophia wants the pecks attached to it that's why she's not employed or doing something tangible to earn a living. Cases like this the child suffers from it. She will grow up and keep asking for her father the Internet will be there to remind her of all the troubles involved, that's if the Internet does not become another type of technology where the past is erased its only the present is seen and utopia.

Whose negligence u ask? @ 12:52?? Like seriously? Is it the work of the care givers to cover the pool in the house of their principal or put a gate around the pool area? Is it the care giver’s house? Is it them that would give out the contract? He knew he had a toddler, yet had and maintained an open pool with unrestricted access in the house.

I think Sophia is highly predictable. What if David just wanted out from having anything to do with mother and child, then this is perfectly crafted to make her tie her own noose and hang herself. A lot of children grew up not knowing their fathers because their mom played tricks like this. Out of anger, envy or jealousy, they withdrew the child from seeing the dad and the dad went ahead to have other children and forgot about the child. The child grows up feeling that neglect. The self esteem is battered at some point. He or she keeps wondering what he or she did wrong to deserve this.
If you lay down as an adult willingly to have unprotected sexual intercourse with a man despite knowing the consequence, you are not a victim but an adult.
All these women hailing and supporting you will not tell you the truth. Keep your ego aside. For the sake of Imade, ask for court mediation and let Davido have access to his child. He has not been known to abuse children, he has publicly shown her love.
Joint Custody is not sole custody. He is not stealing the child. Imade misses the dad. You are hurting two people with these decision. Tiw, your best friend coparent with her babydady despite all his accusations on her. Do this not for yourself but because of the love you have for Imade. If there are allegations of abuse, I will be the first person to tell you to run but pls Sophia, don't do this.
Look into court mediation and co-parenting. Take your issues off the court, settle with him.
Davido took this issue to court so it will be documented that he fought for Imade so some of you will not accuse him of being a deadbeat father. You have every right to respond and you did it well. Now is time for court appointed mediation.
Some of his baby mamas will use this opportunity and allow him unrestricted access to her child and receive all the love he planned to give Imade.
I wish healing on Davido, Sophia and Imade .

In this case, Imade lived with Davido and became accustomed to a certain lifestyle her dad could afford and still afford so he will have to continually provide that lifestyle for her. this case hasn’t ended, there’s part two. After custody battle comes child support and that’s where Sophia is going gan gan.

You should know that's how the court works, no evidence is too damning for lawyers to bring up.
Plus, I don't think I've ever seen her bring up Ifeanyi's death in public before now or gloat about it (except she does so in private though).
Your lawyers need to settle out of court to stop all these.

As usual, trust some Nigerians they started dragging the hell out of Sophia. Do you expect Sophia to fold her hands and watch while she being dragged in the mud. She came out now with hers and Davido knows that if this continues, she's ready to go down the mud with him. So he started this pity party thing. Let them continue.
