Landlords and builders should ensure they play by the rules. Penny wise, pound foolish.

Corruption because,Ministry of land and Survey staff will, can be bribed in overlooking loopholes.

    3. Yes , corruption in the sense that they buy cheap materials to build houses. One bag of cement will be used for 100 blocks instead of 10 blocks or so. Etc how will building stand the test of time.

The sad part is that even with the recent buildings collapsing and the loss of our beautiful and innocent children, they will not take it seriously.

    1. Exactly.

Many people building are using substandard materials to build, structural planning rules are not being followed, so many things that are being overlooked, and here we have the result.
May the soul of the victims rest in peace.
