I actually agree with him on this. Wage is supposed to be negotiated every year, putting the prevailing economic situation into consideration. That is what most of the multinationals do that makes it interesting to work with them. Even if it is 5% every year, by the time you are retiring, you will be going home with something substantial, na corrupt practices cause am😐
