President Bola Tinubu extends his congratulations to Mazi Afam Josiah Osigwe (SAN) on his election as the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
The President also congratulates all newly elected officers of the NBA and members of the association on a successful conduct of the elections.
President Tinubu commends the outgoing NBA President, Mr. Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau (SAN), on his stewardship of Nigeria's foremost legal association.
The President assures the new leadership of the NBA of his administration's support in addressing challenges affecting the association and the legal profession in general.

My lawyer friend told me he voted for him because he has been providing barbeque on a steady in almost all NBA meetings😁..
If I was a lawyer, I'll vote for him too o, at least food go sure hehe, for this Tinubu government wey the cost of food no be here, imagine now getting it for free 😁

My lawyer friend still turned up last night at Cubana, tho he didn't go there for the Afam pari, he just went there on his own and saw all those lawyers drinking beer and fayrouz inside club😂,. He just did as if he doesn't know them and went to the VIP to take champagne jeje😌..

DeleteActually, all the contestants were extremely exceptional and would have performed very well.
However if the Lagos branches had unanimously brought out one candidate , instead of fielding both Chukwuka SAN and Tobenna, it would have been more difficult for Mazi to win.
