I love his stand in this issue. He's a true elder. The main issue is ,both families should come together and settle this , enough of all these dragging here and there. It's not healthy for the child.

Hmmmm mmm , this is a fair opinion. So it was the grandfather that cleared the school fees arrears. In all of this Imade must not be made to suffer. I think David is also using his social media status to play victim in all of this and it is sad . There is no fixed time to start a civil custody suit - During the father's wedding is even okay.
DeleteThere is no limited way to defend that civil suit - Telling the father that his other child died because of his negligence and therefore he is not suitable as a shared custody father is okay.
Even in 2025 or after, this suit would be wrong for the mother and the people in her corner. And it would still be litigated the way it is being litigated.
