ReplyDeleteExactly, harmless or not, I stay away from wild animals.
DeleteWow! So intriguing.
ReplyDeleteDifferent people, different culture.
Reminds me of my service year in Osun state. A little boy (Farouk) beheld a Mammy water emerged from the river unannounced unaware of the boy's presence.
They were new in the area.
The child, terrified, ran to his mother and reported, the landlady overhearing the conversation asked them to run for their lives as they would come confine him to the diety.
following morning, the Osun cult group came around looking for the boy, thank God they were far gone.
Aaahhh...nnkan mbe!
DeleteAre you serious?
DeleteSay what?😲😳. My God! #Goosebumps#
DeleteLooto,nkan mbe....orisirisi l'ori aye!!!

DeleteI believed the group weren't Osun worshippers but demons because news reached the King and he confirmed nothing of such happened after consulting with the Oracle. This further confirmed my suspicion.
Things really do happen.
Even my own place they worship crocodile, you can see it in our stream or River, we don't killed it by any means,

You will conduct a proper buried for it as if your are buried a human being.
But we're am staying now na big meat and it expensive too.
People eat crocodiles?😲😳 Ha, I'm shocked
DeleteI visited somewhere like this in Gambia...I even touched one of the crocodiles....there they believed if you bath with the water from the pond you will conceive. I refused to take a bath oh even though I was about 6 years TTC then...I can never give any small god any glory...
