At Fidel, kids are a handful. It's not easy especially when you're alone. Most times I play cartoons with my phone for my baby to eat.

DeleteI had to cut short my stay in Anambra on health ground. Pls guys, remember me in your prayers. This isn't the best of time for me health wise. I have spent money on drugs, even on herbal too. Yet the pains won't go away. I felt relieved for a month and some days when I didn't experience the pains. I was so excited the drugs and herbal have done it, only to see the pains resurfaced couple of days ago while I was far away from home.

Already spoken with the doctor. I will be going to the hospital tomorrow. It's certain and clear surgery is the only better option at this point. I will undergo it so I can get back to my usual self once again. The excruciating pains I'm going through is so discomforting. I pray it doesn't take my life.
I didn't take your good wishes and prayers on me for granted. I will appreciate every bit of it once again at this time as I journey towards total healing.

I really do hope the best for you and that you receive a full and complete healing. Please let them do full bone scan or full body mri to see what is going on. I am sure you must have already done blood works. Please do your best to eat as healthily as you can and get some sun therapy of 20 minutes a day in direct unlight on your body, you can leave your face out. If you can take it naked even better, if not then wear light white clothing.

DeleteI want to share my experience with you & how God helped me to avoid surgery & still got my health back. I had always had issues with my lower back right from when I was a child. As I got older it became worse especially with the kind of job I was doing. Doctors in Nigeria & abroad told me the only way out is surgery but they couldn't assure me that the surgery will take away the pain completely. I refused the surgery option & asked if there is any other thing I could do to help. The doctor told physiotherapy & lifestyle change. I opted for it & under one month I was back on my feet. Till date, I am pain-free even when it comes it is not severe, I still go for physiotherapy once in a while but I do lot of walk & exercise, this has helped to keep me fit smart & pain free. A lot of the people I've seen that went for surgery to help with pain still have the pain after the surgery & so if you can avoid it, it's fine. Goodluck & may the Lord perfect all that concerns you.

DeleteI did date syrup too and put inside freezer. It looks and taste like chocolate. I didn't sieve mine ooh, just kept it like that.
DeleteOsundi, my darling there's a lot of videos on youtube. I just picked the easy one abeg. So you wash the date, remove the seeds, soak in hot water and then boil (using the water you soaked it in). I blended when it was soft, sieved and then boiled the juice on low heat. Stir so it does not have koko, you'd notice change in colour. Transfer to your container and store in your fridge. Hope this helps.

My four years now knows how to operate the remote and change to cartoon once light is restored, normally i do it for him and if I have anything to watch i change to the channel and ask him to hold on for some minutes..... Now he is a pro in using remote, so I hid the remote for him incase if there's light he wouldn't change to his own..... Guess what! we can't find where exactly is the remote, i don't know who hid it again .....if him or me.

She said some of them were discussing it that she would rather die there than leave the marriage because of Igbos & their views on divorce. DeleteAm on my bed, with pains in my heart and tears 😢😢 in my eyes. Am in charge 30 percentage of school fees, breakfast, lunch and clothing. While OGA is in charge soup money , rent, 70 percentage of school fees and we sometimes share medical bills. This week I made soup since Sunday evening, told him we needed to make soup on Wednesday evening, as I had a journey to make on Thursday, that also will affect today Friday, OGA nor say anything, returned last night bought eggs for us to eat the leftovers soup. Today OGA how far no soup, I didn't get a response. After I was done for today I went to check up on my lil sister who just took in and she is kinda sick 🤢🤢, got home a bit late, OGA started complaining that I closed late but still went to see my sister, he them asked what we were going to eat this night, I said I didn't know. He went outside bought 2 big noddles with 3 eggs. When I was done cooking I went outside to call him, that was when he said was that the time I was supposed to give him food, and some people where there, I really felt bad 😞😔😞.

My school finally had end of session party yesterday and I was so spent,I can still feel pains in my feet.
