Go to Tradefair market;enter bike to Abia line..

When you get to Abia line, ask for "Omah",she deals on good hair.

Even before you get to her shop, there are other hair dealers you would be seeing,so enter any shop convenient for you and get the best price.

      Hope this helps.

  3. I have been battling with ezema for a while now. I inherited it from my dad. It's on my back, chest and face. I am just tired and I am light in complexion. Sometimes when I scratch my body, i see white circle patches or small dark brown patches. I treated it years back with drugs.

What can I do? I wanted to go to the pharmacy yesterday but decided to ask here first before buying drugs. What can be done especially the ones on my face oooo.

I use extract soap to bath and I don't bleach. HELP!!!

      Brake oil also works
There is a drug people with ezcema uses but I cant remember the name, you can ask at the pharmacy.

      Delete
    2. Is eczema hereditary?
You can use "hydrolic" (I don't really know the spelling). It's used by mechanics, mostly. But if you want to do drugs buy "Fusin"( not sure of the spelling too🙈); deal with the one inside first before applying any cream on your skin.

      Delete
    3. Kindly stop using the extract soap. It contains steroids which isn't good for you.

Always use an antiseptic soap like dettol or tetmosol.

Then get sulphur powder, add to brake oil and be rubbing on it.

Pls let me know how it goes.

    7. Well are you sure it's eczema and not psoriasis or dermatitis? I say this because people mix them up a lot. You need professional identification of what you have. Apart from medicine, they will also give you lifestyle advice that would relieve your symptoms. Such as diet changes, type of lotions or creams to use etc.

  12. My right eye waters excessively. I’ve had this issues for years. Even went to the hospital in Portugal to treat it but the medications they prescribed never worked. I’m tired of the discomfort it causes. I’m not able to use eye shadow, eye liner, etc because of it. I really want a solution to this.

If anyone knows anything I can do to help, I will really appreciate. Please 🙏

    1. WINNER, YES I AM!11 July 2024 at 14:00

Sorry for the discomfort but why not see an ophthalmologist where you are residing now? Don't even bother using those eyeliner and whatever, forget about those things because of your eye issue

      Delete
    2. Take it to God in prayer. The healing comes for FREE and it's permanent.

He's our great physician; I'll put you in my prayers 🤗

    3. Yeah please see an ophthalmologist. Stay away from from eyeliner and shadow, some of them contain harmful LEADS.
      Sorry Nne

      Delete
    4. I saw an ophthalmologist from a private hospital in Portugal and got no solution. I’d appreciate people with first hand experience that had theirs healed to share their solution so I can look into it.

      Delete
    5. Eka does it itch? Is it swollen? Does it leave mucus? My sister had a similar issue some years back, when she saw an ophthalmologist he said she got an infection. He put something in the infected eye, she said it was painful at the time, and he told her to go home, that was it. So i suggest you get a second opinion from another doc/hosp.

Secondly, i know when some people have allergy, it causes their eye to water while some, it shows on their skin, i think you should look into taking antihistamine, they are over the counter drugs for allergic reactions, try and see if it would work. While at it try and monitor ur body to find out when the eye waters more, what do u eat or touch that causes it? What weather triggers it more and so forth. Good luck

      Delete
    6. Eka you may also have to look at the things you use on your face. Cream, sunscreen, soap, and powder. I had something quite similar and I noticed some products caused it after careful observation. And when I lay off of those products and the eyes have time to 'rest' they feel much better. I don't know what they may be for you. For me they were products that contained salicylic acid, like some acne washes and acne spot treatments. Some sunscreens with strong chemicals, some creams with salicylic acid or very strong sunscreens and dusting powder. Especially the face wash and spot treatments (which I tried to keep away from the eyes while I used them). I still use some of these products in moderation, I stretch their use. Most times I just rest them sha these days. My eyes are happier. May God perfect your healing.

Look for yogurt and drink, cook rice/yam/potatoes with enough crayfish, fish and veggies.
Even indomie add veggies carrots and co.
Don't depend on blood tonic alone drink plenty water esp once you wake up, cook snail with veg and eat .
For now rest /sleep don't go far distance till your okay

    4. A good sunscreen will help to shield your face during the day. It works gradually. Also anytime you go out and feel sunburned, splash cold water on your face and add aloe vera gel. Aloe Vera gel is sold in stores but if your skin can tolerate the natural one, you can use the one directly from the plant (some people react to this).

Sorry if any typo,I'm driving and typing

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I don't like climbing the stairs but most people say, upstairs is better than downstairs.
      1.Security
      2.presence of fresh air.
3.when there is water in the compound it won't reach you
4.you can live without a curtains
5.if your fellow occupants decides not to clean or clear the bushes Incase of unfloored compound,it won't affect you much.
Lastly if you have front and back balcony, for your gen and gbeborun😂

      Delete
    2. I prefer downstairs as I hate to share staircase with people except when the staircase is for only the apartment I'm renting.

I just love privacy and keeping my area tidy which is sometimes difficult when sharing with people except the cleaning wouldn't be left for only me to handle.

      Delete
    3. Upstairs: Flood, breaking of Burglary to steal, soakaway getting blocked or filled up and returning back to your toilet seat and more.

No one prays for anything bad;but always take cautions and be ten steps ahead.

Go for upstairs too,for your privacy;spoilt children can climb something to peep you when you are bathing without you knowing.

Na this one I remember for now.

      @MARTINS

    4. Pls don't drive and type next time🙏 I prefer upstairs. No reason though just my preference.

      Delete
    5. First floor

      Delete
    6. upstairs is better cos of fresh air, plus no one will pour yeye water beside you but the issue is if the pressure of the water in that house is not strong you will suffer with carrying water from downstairs to upstairs. When flood happens you will not experience it when you are upstairs.

Make the house has a good and strong running water if you decide to pick upstairs.

      Delete
    7. For me I ll choose upstairs especially first floor reasons
      * Septic tanks is mostly downstairs
      * Crawlies is mostly downstairs
      * Noise of generator/cars leaving in the morning from the compound you must wake up or if you have a new born
      * Balcony to view your environment or what's happening around.
      TMB

      Delete
    8. Go for upstairs.
      Downstairs has plenty disadvantages.
From my experience, reptiles like snakes, scorpions, lizards do enter downstairs more. Then centipedes too with their painful stings.
Also, upstairs is more airy and you can open your windows at nigh too.
      Burglary is minimized in upstairs
Climbing the stairs is a form of exercise
      Mosquitoes are lesser upstairs

You also have a view of the surrounding while relaxing in your balcony.
Lastly, when it's raining and everywhere is messy downstairs, upstairs is usually fine.

    9. When our sewage tank is full, it comes out in the ground floor tenant’s toilet and floor waste. It’s a no no no. Horrible
Then some times other tenants won’t pay for evacuation on time

Snake and other reptiles it’s easy to meve from soak away /sewage tank to the ground floor ,very easy. Most people that have seen snakes and repo in the toilet it’s ground floor

      Flood…Rain
I’m always worried about the algae and the smell of rain
If you are like me kindly avoid ground floor

You see that thing that someone will put hand through the window and steal Gbam ground floor

Heat Ground floor gets hot the most

Security sometimes the entrance of some ground floor just faces front, you know the staircase gate gives a little security before the main entrance
      Ground floor doesn’t have it
So it’s easier for arm robbers to access

I don’t like second floor if you are like me that doesn’t like climbing step
      First floor is the best
      Everything in moderation

      Delete
    10. I prefer middle floor you don't worry what is up and also what is down.. however choose upstairs

      Delete
    11. Except for water that hardly gets to the last floor most times, upstairs is the best for me.

  22. Please I need the honest opinion of a medical practitioner. Been battling with fibroid outside of the womb for about 2-3yrs now. Some days are just awesome when it rares it’s head. I want to know, what are my chances of it ‘probably’ growing back after surgery if I don’t take in sooner. I don’t want to take my womb out.

    Appreciate your response 🙏

    1. You should have seek medical help when you were in France. I don't advice anyone that can afford surgeries abroad to do it here.
      Sorry about the fibroids.

      Delete
    2. TWE, there are chances of it growing back. However, you can reduce those chances by making certain lifestyle changes. Watch your diet. Google the right diet for women battling this.

      Delete
    3. I have written about this before and I am repeating it again: whether women believe it or not, surgery cannot permanently remove fibroids. It is important to understand that every health issue has a root cause, and surgery does not address the root cause. The causes of fibroids can vary and may include hormonal imbalances, increased estrogen levels, PCOS, poor metabolism, high blood pressure, and poor diet. As long as these issues persist, fibroids can grow back.

      You have three options:
      1. Divine intervention
      2. Herbal treatment (if you find a good naturopathy practitioner)
      3. Surgery followed by herbal treatment

In the meantime, you should avoid certain foods, such as all dairy products and all sugar products.

    6. If i write now, stella might not post. I have a person that gives herbal medication for things, he stays in kaduna, but told me he way bills his medication. Tho i have not tried the one for fibroid but we tried the one for appendix that he gave my sister. She was already slated for surgery cos of how bad her situation was, if you press the skin around where the appendix is, she bleeds. He gave us medicine to be taken with 7 pieces of lemon, 2x daily for 7days. Aswear after that, my sister went for scan and guess what? Appendix was not there again. She did scan in 3 different places over a period of time, and same result, no appendix, this is going to 2 years now. And he was very cheap back then, i dnt know for now. I think i spent either 3k or 5k to get the medicine for her, tho it was 2 years ago. N he said he gives for other issues too.

    8. How can someone bleed when they press the area around appendix?. TWE , drink this herb to your own risk. If you bag kidney or liver failure in the process, atleast you got the funds to take care of it.

    1. I will advise you to get supplement, any good one for hair and skin will do. I transitioned to natural hair, so i chopped off my relaxed hair, and the growth was too slow for me, for about 2 months i couldnt even pack my hair, i jst bought hair skin and nail supplement, the first month after i started, the result was astonishingly visible, and the bonus was that my skin was glowing.
