These two Eids are not only celebrated separately but they hold different meanings and reasons to celebrate. Both festivals have different stories and parts of history behind them.
Eid ul-fitr is also called small or lesser Eid and celebrated at the end of Ramadan month while ;
Eid al-Adha is called big Eid and celebrated after completing the annual Hajj Pilgrimage at the time of Qurbani.

I was with my cousin many years ago when a woman in her neighborhood came to tell her about the bad dream she had about her. This my cousin, instead of appreciating the fact that the woman came to reveal such a thing to her, she hissed immediately the woman left. She also said "it's you that it will happen to not me" "you dreamt, you cannot pray, you are coming to tell me" I condemned her for acting that way. I told her that she should be glad that the woman came to tell her. What if she didn't reveal the dream to her and still didn't pray against such occurrence? Even if anything happens, the woman won't be affected because the dream is all about her(my cousin).
ReplyDeleteLol, that my cousin is too pompous. She accepted to pray in her mind but she didn't want to make the woman feel relevant. She sees poor people as not worthy of her attention and the woman is way below her level.
That aside.
Yesterday, she called to ask me about the demise of a woman in our kindred, and I told her that I actually saw the woman die in my dream earlier this year. I had the dream twice in this year but I prayed against them. I don't know why it still happened despite the fact that I prayed fervently against it. Anything revealed to me, if pray against it, it will never happen. I am surprised that my prayers didn't work in this one.
As I told her, she said "you should have told the woman all this while na" "don't you know that since it's her problem, she would take it personal and pray very well concerning it"? In my mind I said, 'so this one don dey accept messages from people'?
This my cousin has been battling so many challenges recently, maybe that's the reason for her open mindedness this time. Money doesn't even flow like it used to. She is now very humble.
As she advised me, I decided to use the opportunity to tell her about the bad dream I had concerning her and her brother few weeks ago. She said they told her similar thing in the church.
The message I am trying to pass accross is this; if someone tells you the revelation they had concerning you, please wether you believe them or not, just appreciate and pray against it. Some people's dreams do come to pass. They may not be in the mood of prayers at that period so don't blame them for not praying. It's not every time that we be in the mood to pray.

Please, any local way to cure spelling discharge? The last time l experience this was about 5 years ago, tried curing by visiting the hospital, scanning and all, didn't work until l accidentally met this herbal people.

Apple Cedar Vinegar and backing soda. Drink backing soda, after two weeks, take apple cider vinegar. Add just one cover of it to your bathing water up to three days. Then drink the rest. Google the accurate measurement if you want to drink it . Don't take backing soda if you have ulcer.
DeleteBaking soda is very very very good for ulcer. Tested and trusted. I used it those times I was pregnant and dealing with serious ulcer and still use it till this moment.

The society has made it harder by night giving you a fair ground for battle. Always told to man up, but how about the consequences? So many die, loose themselves in the processes . This love goes beyond you, sometimes people don't appreciate you unless you are providing. May thus role God has given you favour you. You shall stand tall.
Fatherhood is not just limited to your children.You play this role to your sisters, friends, neighbors and all the females around you.
I celebrate you now and always. And I pray that God blesses you, sustains you, strengthens you, upholds you and grant you all that you desire. Your sacrifices will not be in vain.
