On Saturdays when I'm exhausted & supposed to sleep well, my body will just programme itself to wake up 6:am, my eyes shinning like torch light 🤦 then on week days when you have to get up 6:am for work, this same body will just gum to the bed like butter and be enjoying sleep. Why Lord? So unfair.
