STAND ALONE NARRATIVE
SHOCKING PROPOSAL
I worked with a bank but lost the job last year. I currently work in a hotel where I stay four days at work without going home. The salary is smaller than my former job . 
I live in a well furnished house. My rent expired last month and I cannot renew it because of money. I asked my landlord to give me till next month so that I can get a smaller apartment and move but I met a runs lady in my current job and In the course of discussion, she asked me to allow her pay my rent on the condition that she will have access to the house anytime she has a client on the days I am on duty. 
She promised never to bring any client to my house when I am at home. I don't have neighbors as the house is a BQ. The owner who occupied the main building relocated abroad with his family . I am really confused. What should I do?

Wait, she wants to pay rent and be bringing all sorts of men to be gbenshing in the place that you sleep and call home?My dear, it will be better that you sleep under the bridge than to agree to this kind of arrangement........Or didnt you read in the Saturday scary stories post on how a beautiful woman was seen in the mirror as an old man just before the BV gbenshed her?

  3. This arrangement is nonsense. Don't allow the present challenge you are faced with push you to do things your spirit will never be settled with! This could attract a worse challenge in your life. Why bring different clients to gbensh in your house?Let her go rent a place while you look for a smaller apartment you can afford.Have some respect and dignity for yourself!

  9. Poster go with your initial plan...This sounds like a Greek gift and she will run down your home...Do you know whether it will become a den of unscrupulous and dangerous activities e.g yahoo, 419 and kidnappers hide out....

    When she pays your rent, it is still your name that is recognized as the tenant or occupant and anything you see you will collect...Please turn down the offer and live within your means...

    So what happens after 1 year..Will she be the one to pay your rent? She will eventually become your ''landlord'' and take the apartment from you...

    Don't worry you will get on your feet again , sorry about your job loss....

    Peace of mind always supercedes...

    1. Because her customers are men who cannot rent hotel rooms or have homes of their own. Her current clientele are gutter and she is trying to upgrade her status and hook a better set. The moment this BV accepts this offers is sin moment she will start considering doing runs too. Cause one sin always lead to another. Her low pay will make her miserable and she will start desiring more and since the whorehouse is already her home she will just start spreading it low and dropping it wide for some extra funds. Next thing they will be doing groups and things together. She think she will just accept the offer and somehow will remain clean🙄

      Sex work is lonely and many do not have true friendships, so I get why her coworker is trying to help her out with the hopes that they will be friends and who knows. I don’t support turning her landlord’s property into any fck house. But desperate ppl do desperate things.

  14. The moment she pays the rent;it's now "OUR" home;and not YOUR home.

    There is a difference between "My own" and "Our Own".

    She becomes your room-mate automatically;and has same rights as you,so it's not your Bizness how many men she brings home on a daily or not.

    So if you cherish your privacy;don't take any money from her tagged as RENT.

    But if you want a roommate so as to share the bills and what not;then you have to forcefully remove your eyes from her lifestyle and stick to being roommate's;while you focus on your Business.

  15. See if the landlord is willing to negotiate a lesser rent for you and you can make up the rest doing upkeep and maintenance for the place. If they know and trust you it is better for them to keep you than get a complete stranger they know nothing abot. Explain your situation and give them an offer, they may take it.

    No, you cannot accept that offer and associate your landlord's home with prostitution. This is someone's residence, and giving criminals access to these ppl's space is wrong. Don't even think about it, you would never want anyone to desecrate your residence if it was you.

    1. One other thing to remember, if she has problems with a client and they want to harm her, it is you they will find when they come back. You are also opening up the doors to potentially being raped, beaten, k!lled or even abducted for trafficking or rituals. This is not a good idea at all.

  21. you want to allow longer throat and greed of not paying rent to destroy your life, have you seen anyone who made promises and kept to it? right now she will agree to your teams cos she want to have access. Remember she is the one to pay rent so you will have little authority about how and what she will do with the apartment. If you love your life and self i will say you should get a small place that you can afford and manage it for now till you get a better job. Sell off some property and manage some for now while you look for better job, let the runs girl go rent a place since she has the money to pay or you move out and allow her rent the place.

    Don't forget she can be brining men, sugar daddies for you to sleep with them and when you refuse she will throw you out on the street. Is possible at that time you don't have money to pay for a place, please do not allow longer throat put you on trouble.

  30. Long story cut short = One month grace to move to a smaller place of which you have the rent OR to stay where you cannot afford the rent to be paid for by a CSW who will use the place as her work place for 4 DAYS and NIGHT.

    Beg the landlord for one month. Every reasonable landlord will give a month's grace if the tenant is very SURE and WILL leave at the end of the month.

    If you pay yearly before, ask the Landlord if you can now pay half yearly.

    Ask for staff loan repayable monthly to pay for where you are now if you really want to stay there.

    Ask for staff loan to pay for a new place.

    1. Generous abi selfish? If the so called friend want to help her, she will borrow her money to complete the rent and allow her repay in installments, knowing how she is currently earning.

      Landlord isn't in the house and a single lady alone in the compound shouldn't be having troops of guests, that can scope out the house and plan nefarious activities there. Poster, run oh, there's no happy ending here.
