divorce is a process, they may have filled out paper, but according to the law ( Depending on the Country) you must have been separated and living separately for several months before the divorce application can be submitted, technically if the husband dies before the divorce was settled/finalized, then she was his wife and entitled to his wealth. lol, it all worked for her.
