  7. VDM has refused to calm down after his last arrest. I hope he learns his lessons this time around.

  8. I used to like this fool. I started hating him the day he made a video rejoicing over the murder of that uniport girl, the one who was killed for money rituals by her boyfriend. I was pissed. VDM is a fool and he should be locked up. He has stepped on my many toes and they won't rest until he goes to jail.

    1. never liked him. he is an embodiment of everything bad about the average misogynistic nigerian male. it was all over him but folks were not prudent or sensitive enough to notice.

    2. that means you are obviously not a good judge of character.

    1. true talk. u see social media ehn and the validation it brings are of the devil. it is free for a reason because the users are the product being experimented on and a study on human nature. It is intentionally by design to create a noose for users to hang themselves. I took a social media break forcefully cus my account got hacked and that was the best thing that has happened to me this year lowkey. God's way of saving me from passing boundary. I noticed i was posting more and more on my stories TO connect more with my folllowers. With every laughing emoji, and every like, I felt encouraged to post more n explain more for validation. I felt somehow but continued n felt more urges to post even more to get a boost of hormones. I felt I was becoming like the influencers and noise makers I used to mock but funnily enough could not pull myself away from posting, checking, liking. And u know almost every like and comment you make on instagram is publicized for followers to see. Even those that don't agree or approve can see it. And I did not like that . THere may be a spirit behind social media or some kind of euphoria attained that makes people do and do and do until they overdo. VDM was supposed to learn that during his first stint in jail but clearly did not.

  19. It may seem trifle but the what he is being charged with are quiet grave. I see mummy of Lagos going to serve him food in prison fairly soon.

VDM allowed the smudgeon of fame he was supposedly getting, make him think himself invincible.

The Nigerian elite are ruthless. Nothing binds them together than when they think they've been collectively smeared. VDM accused the hierachy of the police and senators of sleeping with Bob and his boys. That was a step too far.

He will witness first hand how effective the Nigerian legal system is when they are giving an incentive to mess someone up.

He should have fled the country when he had the chance. Not that he could have afforded the flight ticket anyways.

  22. I don’t have any problem with d nuisance bcos as far as I’m concerned, he’s a nonentity, what he was championing that brought him to limelight. D only pple I have problem with are d so called CELEBRITIES supporting him, not even d fans bcoz Nigerians love celebrating toxicity. Someone that came out boldly, boasting with pics that he was gay?

    1. Why are you scared? Post it if you are a seasoned journalist. Be brave! Stella and her likes are the reasons we don't see many nationalist or social innovators spring forth in Nigeria, then Africa. For Stella and her likes, expressing dissatisfaction at social dysfunctions is "loudmouth". For black women like Stella, perhaps if one expresses consistent dissatisfaction about neighbors tampering with metres and transformers, Stella and her likes will label them "loudmouth". These types of Nigerians are the reasons not a lot of progressive minds participate in public intellectualism anymore. I mean, why will I offer to be another Gani Fawehinmi if persons like Stella is going to write about my loudmouth. I guess it's pointless right? VDM is a passionate Young Nigerian who believes in Nigeria. Despite his chequered background, the young man is towing a path that could lead to a renaissance for many young Nigerians who are constantly tossed about inside the societal decadence sustained by Stella and her likes. Tomorrow when the chips are down, Stella and her likes are going to echo, where are the Nigerian youths! Here's a Nigerian youth offering his life for service of "any type of Nigerian matter". Here's a young Nigerian taking a clear cut risk to his life to sorosoke on anything Nigerian. All in the hope he, VDM, can instigate a better Nigeria. Something Stella and her likes will never be able to envisage. I once thought femininity is associated with emotional comportment, I guess I was wrong or maybe Stella and her likes are just the exception.
