Abia state government under the leadership of Alex Otti is reportedly rebuilding 173 primary schools and 54 secondary schools to international standard in the state..

      They are not. The level of infrastructural decay in Abia State is beyond words. This man is doing a wonderful job. For instance, you need to go to Aba to understand.
