Lady Gives Testimony That She Graduated With A BSc In Law And Pastor Calls Her A Liar....

There is now a BSc in law degree in Nigeria!!!

A viral video captured the moment a woman was walked out of the Dunamis church on Sunday April 14,2024 during the live service, for allegedly telling lies in a testimony she gave...
The woman narrated how she became the first graduate in her family and noted that she was grateful to God for making it possible for her to bag a law degree from the National Open University despite all odds.
However, her diction and grammar was totally off and prompted Pastor Enenche to ask her what degree she had in Law.
Pastor Enenche said:
"What kind of degree did you get? Medicine is MBBS".
She said:
"Bsc Sir,Bsc in Law".
Pastor Enenche called her a liar and sent her out of the pulpit.
He warned the congregation not to come to the alter and spill lies in the name of testifying.
What do you think about everything?

  1. i did not like the way he went about it, there are better ways to handle such even if the lady was telling lies. This public disgrace is not okay at all, this can destroy this lady for the rest of her life. He should ask the lady to see him in his office with her certificate or statement of result to verify before he openly said she was telling lies. Not everyone is sound when it comes to English, English way be borrowed language self why worry yourself over it?

The internet will never forget this day and people can use it to troll that lady too. Proofs everywhere that the lady was not telling lies, what is the pastor going to do after the public disgrace. Christ will never behave or treat sins in such a manner else we all would have been dead. We Christians should do better than to treat people in a terrible way cos of mistakes.

    4. Yes, another pastor has fumbled so pple will be quick to throw stones but let's be honest, shouldn't we rather be raising alarm concerning our institutions and the products it's churning out? What's Bsc in law???

  2. I watched that video and it's all shades of wrong. It was clear she wasn't good at expressing herself still she just wanted to thank God for seeing her through her studies. The one person that was suppose to understand her in that large crowd was the one that threw the stone.

    It is well.

    1. And we are supposed to find peace and succor in the church. It is quite unfortunate.

  3. I won’t blame the pastor because some months back, a person went as far as contacting the hospital from a testimony shared in his church and they found out there was never a patient with such illness from that hospital.

I will doubt it too if someone told me they graduated BSc law! Law is never a science subject, if she had even said B.A it would have been better

    1. Torr, I mentioned that your first paragraph in the SP post too, pastor was eager to defend his name, I don't totally blame him.

  4. I think the pastor was wrong. He looked as if something else was annoying him prior to the testimony and he just vent his anger on her. Y would he call her a liar...allow her give her testimony and leave. Weda she lies Abt it or not is between her and her creator.

    3. It's not about tithe, it's about stage fright. Some people are not good in expressing themselves publicly, maybe she gathered her last courage to share the testimony but the questions and answers that followed, put her off balance.

    5. @Bosslady, you are right. He was so wrong in cutting her off. God understands her no matter how disordered her speaking was.

  5. It is simple.....you can signal your media house not to televise her own Testi......

  6. Hmmm! He shouldn't have called her a liar and walked her out. She could be a graduate. Some graduate can not speak fluently but can cram and write very well to pass exams.

  7. It sounds like a lie, Pastor Eneche must have seen spiritually that its a lie. He doesn't want the altar of God desecrated

    3. No holy spirit told him anything. It was a case of game thinking he recognised game. Of course, not having discernment, he was wrong. This lady just lacked solid primary and secondary school education, leading her to murder grammar.. she is a fellow graduate 🤣😂😭.

  8. English is not our mother's tongue but as a lawyer, she should be quite fluent in English
As for the man of God, he overreacted, he shouldn't have embarrassed her like that

  9. Courses from that university are done in the comfort of your home. Guess she never participated in any of the school curriculum. It's obvious she was assisted academically.
That's why some pastors are on the know before a testifier comes to the pulpit.
Some years back in my former church, a sister came to testify how she prayed fervently for her husband not to travel abroad until she has kids for him, to the glory of God, she has two kids now and the husband was free to travel. There was complete silence in church and later some murmuring.
Since that day, you must brief our senior pastor before coming out to testify.

    1. She was definitely assisted with her money. My sister is in that school about to finish now. You can pay someone to write the exam for you, she has even paid for her project already.

    2. That is why now @ 12.46 - your sister did not study for anything. When they call her now to defend her client , she will just go to the court to be looking like mumu.
Instead of her to win the case, she will annoy the judge to add extra 6months onto sentence.
I hope she is not a nurse before she will give paracetamol to a new born baby.

  11. But alot of you Nigerian graduates can't string a word of English together, correctly, many of you lot on this blog like her...just saying

  12. It is obvious she never studied law, there is absolutely nothing like SC or BA in Law, A Law graduate obtains LLB from the University and not a BSC, the Obtains LB in law school as a qualifying certificate before the issuance of Call to Bar Certificate by the Body of Benchers.
If is a fundamental error for the any Law graduate to mention BSC as qualification, instead of LLB. and that was what gave her out. NO Law graduate will mention that .

  14. I can not believe such a prominent man of God can do this.infact,it's worrisome. How can someone leave her seat, coming to face the crowd to testify of God's goodness, then you embarrass her publicly.
Haba! Sir,you are not God.even if she's lying,it's between her and her creator.

I really do not like the Way she was embarrassed.

  15. Honestly, when you have built a brand based on honesty and integrity, you'll protect your reputation to the last.

All over the world, the testimony was being watched, that lady doesn't sound like one who went to school, she doesn't even know what a law degree is called and she claimed to have graduated as a lawyer,. Don't you know a lot of people would run with the opinion that he pays people to come and lie about miracles and testimony?.. there was no wrong in the way he reacted,. The lady doesn't sound like one who could defend her results and any serious and responsible person must question her degree..

However, now that it's proven that he assumed wrong, he owes her an apology

    1. I thought you only become a lawyer after being called to the bar. But anyone can graduate with a law degree and never work as a lawyer.

  16. It appears that the woman did not have the strongest hearing. Another thing, different universities confer different degrees, because you are not familiar with it does not mean it does not exist. There is B.Sc, and B.ASc. Someone who got an applied science degree may simply say they got a B.Sc. This is also a middle aged woman whose mental agility may be slower than that of the average newly graduated person in their 20s, and requires more time to process information before she speaks, add to that being in front of a large audience which could place added stress on her brain to do everything in coordination. Perhaps this was her first time speaking in front of such a large group. Having a law degree does not make her a lawyer, anybody can graduate with a law degree but not all of them will go on to become lawyers, some will go into government, policy, business…etc.

All the pastor has to do is apologise.

  17. I wish I had access to the Video before commenting. I do understand those of us here saying the Man of God should've been a bit circumspect about his reaction and I can't begrudge them because now, many of our men of God are now listening to testimonies in private before allowing the testifies to do so publicly. But I do not know how Pastor Eneche does it in his Church because he may not want people thinking that he helps them to frame stories as Testimonies. I have found out about many people and the kind of characters they carry anywhere they go. Some of these persons tell huge lies about their so called educational backgrounds, alluding to themselves degrees and achievements which are totally false. These persons do this anywhere they appear and yet if you get close to them you will percieve that they're no where near the academics they claim to have achieved. As we speak, there are many of such people in society and in our churches. Ask around and you will be given proof of such persons claiming to be university graduates and owning business with strange names and titles. I suspect that the Pastor may already be in the know of what level of education the lady has and was incensed with she telling blatant lies right before him infront of a whole church. Do you know that some members may also know she was lying and might have been wondering why their Pastor was allowing her when she is lying. In this case the Pastor may have no other choice than to step in before the rumour circulates that Pastor knew it but allowed her. Sometimes members can really be something. Though we may blame our Pastors, let's also tell church people to do the right thing too.

  18. The real issue is the standard of education and drive for learning in Nigeria. You get what you pay for. You can not be running certificate mills, refusiing to raise rates, diluting quality by admitting everyone and employing everyone yet, expecting better results.

There are many products of primary school who start sentences with "Because ". Secondary school graduates with high JAMB scores cannot write a basic essay. Countless people saying their university degree has not gotten them a job cannot participate in intelligent conversation. This is a problem.

Even before legacy tertiary institutions started to screen grown adults with descriptive essays, my family knew to get me into a system where quality control is still a thing. You can't really claim to be educating children as parents or teachers when you aren't a reader yourself. People are going about unbothered when there are no books in their house, they have never exchanged letters or articles with their children, have not had a discussion on any pressing social issues with their children to see how they are are able to debate and present points. No books handed down from parents or grandparents, no shelve for books in their rooms or reading nook. No educative programmes on TV or online followed by the family. For gold to glow well, it must be polished. I hope all the other things being prioritised above actual power pay off in the end.
