He has a right to ask for shared custody. Maybe the request for full custody is a gambit.
Yes, some women have sued for full custody, got it, and handed the child to their parents while the travelled out of Nigeria for studies or other life matters. Very common for women to claim and farm out custody of children
Child custody matters are not cast in rock hard granite concrete.
There is an Actress who has custody, but it turned out that when she travels the world, the young child is left in care of her manager and his group of later-found-to-be-shady friends. Of course, the boy was used to obtain money from her as she cried out recently.
The man marrying the woman should use sense to stave off this unnecessary drama and move on with his life and marriage.

You fall out with someone only for you to come online and be 'dragging' the person up and down when you know is personal issue not public affair. What stops you meeting one on one and settle it or use proper means in the case where authority is needed.
ReplyDeleteI never knew what it feels like until sick heads formed group to ' drag' me on top of what I'm not aware of. Ask me who they are I don't really know .Ask them why they do what they do, they can't explain.
The only offence is that so far you are living in the same street with them all of you are the same, and they expect you to come and live there lives for them.
