Wizkid, speaking in his latest interview, explained that they initially met while working on Burna Boy’s album “African Giant.”
In the video, Wizkid said; “Burna Boy and I are like family, when you have two great people in the room, you are bound to make amazing music.”
Na so biggest 🦅 et African Giant
ReplyDeleteNice one
ReplyDeleteit's obvious. their chemistry on Ginger seeped thru the music. you can hear it when you listen to the song. so much so that there was a joke about them being lovers. loll. and people changing the lyrics to gay lyrics. Jokes aside, their bromance is cute

ReplyDeleteWiz is blessed to ve the fanbase. Musically nothing much for him
ReplyDeleteI'm an FC as well and I recognize that Wizkid has pioneer advantage. He was lucky and smart enough to snatch the opportunity to enter the game at the cusp of the Afrobeats movement becoming more mainstream and years later it went worldwide. So for adult fans of Wizkid like me that were kids when he started out, his voice is soothing, nostalgic and a lullaby of some sorts. I am sure old Wizkid fans share this same sentiment with me. My brain simply cannot compute any Wizkid song as bad.
