Has any prophet ever given you any prohpecy that you knew outrightly was a lie but you said nothing and just let them talk on?
What did they prophesy?
Or do you know a prophet who only knows how to prophesy doom that never comes to pass? They tell you makes you chuckle cos you know they got it wrong but you keep a straight face...
A prophet once told a lady not to marry someone because she would never be happy with him and the marriage would crash childless...20 years later she decided to go to his church with her hubby and kids and grandchildren for thanksgiving......He denied ever meeting her before!

When I was a teenager, one prophetess said I have ogbanje spirit and that it will hinder me from getting married and having a child, she told my mum to come and do assignment with a female goat. Mum did not do it due to financial constraints and later I got admission and went to higher institution and they forgot about it.
ReplyDeleteWhile working in Lagos, I met another prophet who was ripping my aunt off her little cash as a result of her sickness. That one looked at me and told me that my start is very bright. I now asked him about the ogbanje spirit. He said I don't have any spirit . That I should be careful with his fellow seers because they exchange people's goodluck with empty shells. That if they see you have a bright star and they get a client whose star or that of his child is not bright, they will collect your own star and exchange it with the dim star through one type of ritual, using animals.
From that day, I started avoiding him too whenever he was around, till I left that house.
I dont even give them the chance to come near me. No be my mind them go use play.

ReplyDeleteWhen I got there, she told me she had a dream Abt me...and described my guy(now husband)from head to toe ..infact her description was exactly d way my husband is...she even mentioned his name..The funniest thing is dat I don't rapport with dis lady in class so I was so surprised when she called..
She said in d dream, she saw me and my guy wearing different clothes on our wedding day...and dat it's a very bad omen..she advised I pray very well over it..
I called my mum and told her about it...she talked to some pastors and Alfas for interpretation...but we were getting different answers..
This is my sixth year in marriage with d same man with two kids ..but honestly I later realized I shouldn't have gone ahead with d marriage with him...if I could turn back d hands of time...I wouldn't choose dis man again

I went on holiday to my Aunts place as a teenager. There was this prayer house they attended weekly. My aunt revered the Prophet so much. So normally after each service he would ask if anyone had dreamed that week, members would narrate their dreams he would stay calm like someone in deep trance then afterwards ´ give them divine interpretation and then give them prayers to do plus seed to sew to wait her Avert the evil they saw or ensure revealed fulfillment of goodwill.
ReplyDeleteSo after like a month plus of going with my cousins and Aunt, most of the members including my Aunt and cousins had already shared their dreams and there I was feeling like the only unspiritual member that doesn’t receive revelations from above.
So on this particular day, I raised my hand that I had a dream, I told one long chilled zobo. How I was in a river bank holding some fruits and a crocodile appeared and snatched the fruits from me.
MOG was very quiet after my narration, in my mind I was scared, this mind don get revelation say I Dey whine dem. After few mins of silence he spoke saying there’s a great tussle over my destiny. Thé it was revealed to him that the crocodile that swallowed the fruits I had in my hand was so so from my father’s family n he has been monitoring my life and his sole purpose is that I will not have children of my own, he has sacrificed those children to service his wealth. Mogbe!!! My Aunt started crying.
He gave me prayers to do n fast and asked me to come at the end of the fast to close it with him. Yimu.
I came up with excuse to go home few days later. I just pity them any time I remember that incident.
