    1. All of you should get out with your tribalism this is what is killing Nigeria we shouldn’t care about tribe but one’s ability and capability.
Ask the relevant questions like is the person fit for the job what are the prospects and etc .

    2. You see the Yoruba tribe? That's the most blessed tribe. I'm proud to be a Yoruba girl.

    3. Mrs S, other ethnicities really need to push through. I have always wished and prayed for it. It’s time for everyone to stand tall because we all are Nigerians and equal. But someday soon, it will all be a reality.

    4. I believe culture contributes to it. Yoruba culture gives women share in inheritance, unlike other tribes that favor male over female when it comes to inheritance and education. Also, right from our mothers and grandmothers' generation, the average Yoruba woman was not a housewife, compared to other tribes.

I'm not Yoruba, just saying what I've observed.

    5. Yoruba and their nepotism; is it a lie before!!! The Nigeria will soon collapse; on you people's head! Evil 😈 tribe and evil race!!! Yoruba and fulani are the problem in the country; the Niger Delta and South East can form an alliance to remove the evil chokehold of these evil tribes; that are colluding with evil Western powers to put themselves and their children in debt! Mortgaging oil reserves that does not belong to them in exchange of loans that they are frittering away.

  3. I wish to be in the banking sector and grow but I'm far past the age with little or no experience at all.

  5. We are modern fathers. We invest equally on all our children. We don't need to be specially told. I have given and I'm still giving my all to my three daughters. They don't need to hold any specific positions before I recognise that they're successful. I'm happy to have them because they were given to me by Almighty God. No amount of money can take their place in my life.

When I read the gender battles that go on with our people sometimes, I don't want my girls to be part of it. They are not in a competition with any gender. God, who made them who they are is happy with them.

The stereotyping of the "Nigerian man" is very tiring.

    3. Enough of this female president thing jor! It is ok that a man rules, it's not fair a woman leading a whole lot of men.
Please we are comfortable with our men being the leader.
Let them give us any role they think is suitable for us

  7. i hope they maintain the temple. most times females managers are not good managers. applying favouratism in the workplace is a good example and not really good in thinking outside the box

    1. Abeg park well. Are all male managers good managers? I've worked with female managers and all were awesome women who taught me to be good at my work. One thing I have noticed about people who complain about female managers is that they would overlook that same thing when done by a male manager.

  8. I will always invest in my Queens and I will raise them to be confident, independent self-loving women, and when they are ready to settle I pray they settle with a man, like their father, who respects and treats women right. What I see on here by my so called fellow men, is disheartening!

  11. Miriam Olusanya....the most wonderful hard working woman I have known. I worked with her for 15 years before relocating. She actually helped in my relocation, gave me $1,500 and so many things. May God continue to bless and protect her always.

  12. Did anyone notice a couple of boys that celebrated the new Zenith Bank CEO last week (for tribal reason only) are missing on this .... or is it that they came under the bile-filled anonymous that smart BVs chose to ignore? Hmmnn just wondering.
