    2. The price of gas is set internationally and with a bit of range for post production costs. People are certain economic strata have to choose between eating and heat and a snow storm just rolled in when people were seriously longing for warmer weather. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has only made things worse the last few years coupled with COVID era rabid printing of money.

    3. The naira policy caused it.
      Too much money printed.The new notes ended up in the hands of mischievous few,now they using it to mop up any dollars pushed into the economy.

      They've just revoked licences of 4,000+ Bureau de Change operators. No more trading of notes. They'll finally deposit the new notes back in the banks.

      Wouldn't have been caught in the middle that much if I was on the ground, we eat from our farms and few hundreds of dollars will courier every gadam beverage, cereal and condiments we need from West Coast especially Grand Bassam, real cheap bargains and good quality..
      It's about understanding the plans of the influential group.
      Been long coming.

      As planting season is approaching, seedlings, pesticides and biovites et all will soon be shared. NIGERIANS won't touch it even when they have arable farms lying fallow. I've been screaming it here for 8 years but it's all a noise to many.
      They prefer handouts. ✋
      Just watch!

      Globally yes, you're right but NIGERIANS have viable options;
      Eat from your own farm.
      Make your own fire.
      Drink from your own well.
      These 3 basic provisions alone will set their savings on high range but no, they don't like stepping down for a while.

      Some families spend N186k monthly on C-way bottles. Who does that?
      What is a family living alone in a bungalow doing with a 50kg cylinder of gas every month? Are they insane? What 2 correct charcoal stoves can do? 1,400 by 50kg is how much again? Because madam and housekeeper won't touch smoke?

      The funds are limited find palm kernel make Banga ofe akwu or sauce, no, they prefer basket of tomatoes at N54,000 then come online to be doing videos crying with phlegm - sputum dripping all over. What nonsense!

      There's economic recession worldwide but some regions are better. Africa is one.
