  1. DILIGENCE MATTERS

Nothing falls completely apart all at once. Nothing comes fully together all at once.

Most consequential occurrences, whether negative or positive, do not instantly spring into existence. To create more of what’s good, to steer away from what’s bad, requires continuing effort over time.

With diligence you leverage the small moments to create great influence. Diligence matters because of the power it enables you to claim over the unfolding of your life.

Act with intention today, then again tomorrow, and continue as each new situation arises. With your commitment to positive purpose, invoke the power of your own diligence.

Fully live this moment. But don’t get so lost in it that you neglect the diligence that can make such a positive difference.

Enjoy the richness of today. Appreciate all the goodness your diligence has brought, and work to keep that goodness coming.

  2. Righteousness - A Gift To The Ungodly!!
    Romans 5:17.

"when you were born of your mother; you didn’t have to first receive the gift of life to become human; you came into existence with life—the human life! Otherwise, you wouldn’t have been said to be alive."

"So, in essence, legally, the whole world has been given the gift of righteousness; it’s this gift that, when received, enables one to stand in the presence of God without guilt, fear, inferiority, or condemnation. Anyone who receives this gift is saved."

    Prayer!!

Dear Father, thank you for the life of glory and dominion I have in Christ. Thank you for the ministry of the Holy Spirit in me. I have the ability to think right, do right, and produce fruits and works of righteousness, and I reign in life through Christ daily. Amen.

  10. DONT GIVE UP

'Let's not get tired of doing what is good.' Galatians 6:9 NLT

Paul writes, 'Let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up' (Galatians 6:9 NLT). Look at Job the patriarch: attending the funerals of his ten children, losing his health and wealth in a single day, and listening to a wife with a tongue sharp enough to cut through steel. Yet he didn't give up. Learn from him! 'You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord' (James 5:11 NKJV). Job stayed focused on the end goal and endured the immediate circumstances.

Yes, there are times when giving up looks good, defeat seems inevitable and retreat appears to be your only option. The question is, how will you handle those times? On the threshold of the promised land, God told Joshua, 'Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go' (Joshua 1:9 NKJV).

The Israeli statesman David Ben-Gurion observed: 'Courage is a special kind of knowledge, the knowledge of how to fear what ought to be feared and how not to fear what ought not to be feared. From this knowledge comes an inner strength that inspires us to push on in the face of great difficulty. What can seem impossible is often possible with courage.' And where does this courage come from? Knowing God is 'with you wherever you go'. Why does the Bible record the failures of people like Peter and David? To show that when you fail - you can start again!

  26. I live in a university environment and I have cousin's who are students of the school, most times they come to my house without notice and they won't come early they usually come at night after I have finished preparing dinner then they end up reducing my portion of food.
Yesterday I cooked rice and one of them came that she wants to pass the night at my house, no problem but she asked for food and I told her I had already cooked and the remaining food is for me and my daughter's breakfast this morning but I sha sacrificed my own portion for her and told her to leave for my daughter. I woke up this morning relaxed because I knew I didn't have to make breakfast only for me to go to the kitchen to warm the food and to my greatest surprise the food wasn't even up to four eating spoons, I was so mad that I told her that next time they come without informing me I won't bother giving them dinner because I cannot do that anymore.

  33. Good morning Great People of SDK Ville. Hope we had a restful night. Let’s be very careful of the people we let into our lives and homes. You don’t know who has over thrown the devil and taken over his throne. Like the Devil will be amazed at the height of wickedness in people’s hearts. After reading the story of the Agege baker that her throat was slit and her heart was removed through the slit throat, I’m scared and shaken. That person is someone she has known for quite awhile. She innocently let in the person and that became her misdoing. That person has been doing it but this one came to limelight because that person’s time will soon be up.

If Nigeria was a sane country with things working, the harvested organ will be traced to the organ recipient and everyone including the hospital staff will be arrested and jailed.

My prayer is that whoever receives that heart will NEVER EVER FIND REST UNTIL THEY JOIN THAT LADY. I don’t care if the recipient is not aware of the circumstances around the delivery of the heart. Stella, no vex, I Dey vex.
