DeleteToo much rich food is bad for the health. Avoid sodas ,sedentary lifestyle ,Too much carb. Let your protein and Fibre be higher can your carbs.skip one meal a day. Dilute your vinegar and take one tablespoon in warm water last thing at night every other day.

Very exciting picture to behold. My kids and I love eating plantains very well. Just yesterday, a neighbour at the shop gifted me one bunch of plantain. Come and see excitement on my kids' faces π€£ Already fried some for breakfast this morning to be taken with jollof rice.

I had millet and guinea corn pap before going for aerobics. I'm having cucumber, carrot, Cabbage, aloe vera, licorice root and honey smoothie now.
