AJ really surprised everyone last night. Many people were of the opinion that his recent muscular gains would greatly slow down his punches.
ReplyDeleteCoupled with the fact that Ngannou has always been a ruthless fighter, even from his time in the MMA.
It's now left for AJ to redeem his image by fighting Tyson Fury.
Congrats to both AJ and Ngannou. They are both smiling to the bank
Experience will always be the best teacher, AJ showed what it means to be an expert in a field, he showed finesse, he practically did not break a sweat yesterday.
DeleteBeing a champion in UFC does not automatically translate to being one in boxing obviously.
Plus I think AJ's weight loss and gain is usually deliberately tailored to the opponent he is fighting per time.
That your last paragraph is the koko, a whole 20M for Francis, he doesn't even need to fight again.
You're very correct. AJ proved that experience is always the best teacher.
DeleteWow. A whooping 20M!!! For a fraction of that money, I wouldn't mind fighting AJ.
Who knows, my experience in street fights may vindicate me. π
He took the fall, so the hype around fury and Aj will be at an all time high!.. it’s my gut feeling tho’ cuz how come he gave Fury a tough match and with Aj he just fell like dominoes? Something ain’t right! π
ReplyDeleteKelvin Dat Edo Boi (Stellz Cousin)
I disagree oh, that fall didn't look planned at all, he looked shocked and dazed, he tried continuing the fight but couldn't.
DeleteFelt it was staged tooπππ
DeleteOfcourse, when be wins, it was staged but when he loses it wasn’t staged for the other guy. No wonder the Anthony didn’t appreciate Nigerians. I’m sure glad he didn’t
DeleteI don't think it was staged.
DeleteRather, I feel Ngannou greatly underestimated AJ. Remember he had almost beat Fury, and they fought to the very last round.
So he felt AJ will be easy since Fury had defeated AJ twice. Same Fury that Ngannou whacked like a child.
For AJ this was probably his last chance to redeem his dying career. So he trained hard and didn't underestimate Ngannou.
Personally, I thought Ngannou would win though. All the same, I'm glad for AJ
@Nocturnal please when and where did AJ and Fury fight happe? Or you meant Usyk?
DeleteGet your facts right. Fury and AJ have never fought before. I guess you meant Oleksandr Usyk who beat AJ twice
DeleteHope say he don learn I'm lesson to face the jobs at hand instead of visiting zerolisers. People who you visit and start losing.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations π₯³π₯³π₯³π₯³π₯³
ReplyDeleteCongratulations AJ
ReplyDeleteCongratulations AJ. Pls in all your future matches no visit Nigeria leaders oo.
ReplyDeleteWhen my son told me yesterday evening that AJ was fighting, I asked him hope e never visit Nigerian politicians?? My son laughed and said no(son was actually praying for AJ that he would win). I told him he would win.
Lol π
